Buyer beware ! This company petlink has allowed a stranger to microchip my cat! Today was my 4th…read morephone call to them and I have faxed and emailed all of my cats documentation spay and neuter certificate and shot records from her vet! I have been on the phone with supervisors who try to pacify me with circular conversations that go nowhere ! I have been refused the contact info to the corporate office .... The supervisors tell me they do not have this information. I have been promised that I would have a resolution in 72 hrs and have heard nothing . They continue to ignore my emails as well as phone calls. This company has caused me nothing but stress and heartache ! This company is not for animal advocacy it is purely for financial gains! Any animal advocate knows that we with animals consider our animals family and sometimes children ! How would you like it if a stranger adopted your child with out your knowing and then ignored your frantic attempts to rectify the horrible situation! Exactly ! Today I phones again went through customer service and was connected to a supervisor who continued to be little me and state there was nothing that she could do and that everything has to go through corporate ! I was in tears on the phone and petlink has done absolutely nothing to console and resolve this situation! If my cat had not gone under surgical alteration to have this chip installed I would consult one of my Physician colleges to have it removed so I would have no further dealings with this company ! I will continue whole heartedly to resolve this via fax email phone calls and social media! If I have no resolution I will seal legal action and punitive damages ! If you have or are considering using this company to microchip your pet you are in being misled ! They are bad bad business ! Lynnette D. Diaz
