I first interacted with Wadi by email. He was responsive and asked substantive questions. The day of the move, we were going to begin at 1pm, but I got a call saying my team (Joseph and Thad) had finished their first job early and could head over to me. We started at 11:30am instead. How amazing! Joseph and Thad were thorough, focused, very professional and organized. They also had amazing balancing techniques for moving the furniture. I watched Thad balance a huge couch on his head and run. One of the reasons I chose this company was that the workers are paid to exercise and build muscle. I've had other companies where the workers were clearly not taking care of themselves. Not the case with Around the Clock Movers. My job was long and complicated, involving leaving some of the furniture at my home and picking up a piece at home. Joseph and Thad stayed even, positive and dependable the entire move. These guys are the best movers ever! I can't recommend them highly enough! I hate moving, so I hope I never have to again, but if I did, I would use them in a heartbeat. We had a complicated move because we had to unload our moving truck into a downtown condo, but only half the items in the truck need to be moved into the condo, the rest were going to storage. They were very patient and helpful sorting through boxes of what needed to come up to our condo vs stay in the truck and go to storage. They were fast, efficient and were very reasonably priced. The office people had some trouble keeping our reservation details straight but the movers are great, hard working, friendly guys who didn't waste any time getting the job done. I could not be happier with Around the Clock Movers. I called last minute with only a couple dates that I could move on and they were able to accommodate me. On the day of my move, one of the movers had a family emergency so the owner of the company James came to help. They showed up promptly on time and were very polite. They were very good about wrapping furniture with blankets and we got completely moved with no scrapes or dings. They are very hard workers and efficient with their time. If I could give zero stars I would. This in the most glaringly unprofessional and scary moving company in the industry! Avoid them at all cost!!! The movers smoke weed and joy ride around in their truck on your dime!!! They'll show up to your home reeking of marijuana, they'll roughly take your items apart and damage them in the process (claiming they were already damaged), and steel your items. Without notice, the movers will all of a sudden run off for a hour and a half to 7-11 to get chips and soda and then bill you for the entire time they left you to take that break (obviously to take care of their case of munchies from all the weed they're smoking). OH and during your move they will also abruptly tell you they have to leave you to take another job! Don't bother complaining because the office manager named, Wadi Ali, will be combative at all your attempts to communicate and then he'll actually hang up on you! The owner, James Harvey, will then use intimidation tactics to request to show up at your home after the fact to discuss and rationalize the countless errors of his drug-addict THIEVES (so-called "movers")! It's truly amazing Around the Clock Movers are still operating. The city of Denver needs to shut them down so that no more innocent citizens become their victims. read more

If you are looking for a bare bones moving company, then go with this one. We won't use them again. We had four men to move us, the two older men were good, the younger ones, not so much. It took two trips, the first trip went well, boxes went into their designated rooms (everything was labeled by room, fragile, etc.), and things were handled with respect. On the second trip, it fell apart. Boxes marked as fragile were carelessly handled. Fortunately nothing was broken. Clearly marked boxes ended up everywhere, in rooms or in the garage and it took us a lot longer to sort it all out. We just finally got through all the boxes, two months later and discovered that we are missing a box with about $500 of speaker equipment missing. I called, and was pretty much shut down. It had been too long I was told, and there seems to be no claim recourse for lost or stolen items. I was told if I had called within 24-48 hours, then they might have been able to do something. Having dealt with several moving companies over the years, I'm somewhat jaded in my thinking, but I've got to say, this company was professional from start to finish, actually more so than the large interstate movers that we have previously used. From start to finish, they were professional. I was quoted a price and they stuck to that price. No major hidden costs (except for the spool of plastic wrap used to wrap upholstered furniture...no big deal). I received phone calls the day before and the morning of the move. Eddie & Burt were friendly, hard working and meticulous with my furniture and home. Sometimes after a move, homewoners have to spend time touching up paint from the abuse a move often brings about. Not with this company. Not a scratch, which I credit to their taking their job seriously and being careful. I wish I could have them move the rest of my home to Texas here in a month! My husband and I moved to Denver from Florida and after paying over $8,000 to have our belongings moved into a storage unit with National Van Lines, we needed a local mover to move part of our belongings into a temporary apartment. I found Around the Clock Movers on Yelp and sent them an email late Sunday night. I got a phone call early the next morning and we scheduled the move for the next day. The movers were Day and Solo and they were already at the storage facility when we got there 15 minutes early. These guys were nice, funny, super efficient and blazing fast. They not only moved everything, they helped my husband put our king size Ethan Allen bed together. While they did that, I ran to Park Burger and bought them lunch and they were really grateful and sweet about it. I felt like it was the least I could do! A week or so later, we realized that everything we moved to the apartment would not fit, so we called them again. This time, we had Aaron and MJ and they were also efficient and got the job done really quick.
