I held off for a bit before writing this to really get a feel for the place before writing. I was in a situation where I had to move very quickly because I was previously renting a townhome from a private owner who decided to sell. Moving is always tricky for me because I have two large dogs. What first drew me to look here is their pet policy. They allow for two dogs and do not have weight or breed restrictions which is both rare and perfect. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I booked an appointment with Andrea. She showed me several different units of different sizes and locations (this complex is huge!) and also several of the amenities.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are multiple gyms (very nice for apartment gyms with new equipment and very clean and well maintained, open 24 hours) two pools with hot tubs, a small dog park, a rooftop area, club rooms with pool and shuffleboard tables one of which is themed like a speakeasy... everything was nice and clean and taken care of. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were very accommodating of my schedule and needing to move quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Along with Andrea, Taylor was also very helpful as I spoke with her a few times when Andrea was busy or out of office.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]On the day of move in I realized I had somehow misplaced the clicker to the garage door they had given me (100% my fault) and I was afraid my movers would not be able to access the garage assigned to my unit which would have been a big problem. Taylor could not have been more understanding and helpful having maintenance come over to access the garage so I could begin putting things I intended to store in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was also able to be assigned an EV charger for my Jeep which was helpful. The ones on my side of the complex were all attached to other people living here. There was one on the other side and they said they don't typically assign them offsides like that if I was willing to walk and wanted it they'd make an exception. I opted to take it. That makes my parking spot a bit of a walk but again, that was voluntary. One thing I'd really like to mention is that I have people living in the unit above me and I almost never hear any type of noise. I've lived in places with awful upstairs neighbors and endless noise but this place seems well built. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've also met several of my neighbors and everyone seems nice and says hello. I really like that. He gets things done right the first time and makes the whole process easy. Other Staff There are also newer members of the office team I haven't had the chance to meet yet. But if they're anything like Evan and Taylor, I'm confident they're just as professional, kind, and caring. The Apartments & Amenities The pictures online don't do this place justice -- you really need to come in person to see for yourself! The apartments are spacious, modern, and gorgeous, with bathrooms larger than most places. The amenities are beautiful and always clean. The vibe here is peaceful, almost resort-like, despite being at full capacity. It's also remarkably quiet -- most days, I forget I even have neighbors. Neighbors Every tenant I've come across has been friendly. People smile back, hold doors open, one even offered me help on move-in day when he saw my hands were too full. It's a true community feel, with all ages and family types. Most days, you could forget you're living among hundreds of others. Safety & Cleanliness I've always felt safe here, day or night. Security is present 24/7, which gives peace of mind, though I've never needed to use it. The cleanliness is unmatched -- elevators, clubhouses, common areas, all immaculate and regularly maintained. I walked around on my own because the gates were left opened. The whole premises are dirty and unkempt. There was literally trash in the hallway, I mean people leave their trash bags from their homes in the hallways. The hallways were dirty and showed no care. The pool area was FILTHY!! My name is Anderson I live in building 8, I was the first one to live in my unit. I just bought a home down the street. I never really leave reviews but I thought it would be great to give my input on this building I have truly enjoyed this place. I've lived in my unit a little over 2.5 years now. My overall experience has been great. This is the best apartment building you can reside in canyon country. There is no other building like this one in a 20 mile radius. The main reason why people complain about this building is because they're broke and they struggle to make rent. Most people that earn more will not complain about the small issues that go on in the building. It's a 250+ unit building what do you expect. People complain about the maintenance not coming in on a timely manner. Just fix the damn problem yourself. I used to live in a luxury apartment in studio city that were very attentive to maintenance calls but I was also paying double of the cost of my rent now. Every time I had an issue in my unit I would just fix it myself Most issues that will arise will cost you less than 100 dollars. The unit is still brand new. I've lost several of thousands of dollars in luxury goods through mail room that I wasn't able to be reimbursed for because the item was delivered. There's a package bandit and no one seem to be able to fix that issue even though there's cameras. So I fixed that issue! I stopped buying luxury goods online and just made my way to rodeo drive. There's a reason why Evan is the Maneger He's a great guy. He's always been so helpful to me. Very honest. Throughout the years Most of my request were granted. I had a terrible experience with the man that gave me a tour in the very beginning that told me the unit that was saved for me had an elevator. Locked me in a lease before moving in. Surprise There was no elevator. Now that I look back it was a blessing in disguise. But Evan made up for it throughout the years if I needed anything. Wilder on the other hand I've had my doubts about him He tends to lie about things that hes not able to do. Like this one time my housekeeper lost her key. She comes in weekly to clean my place and do my laundry. I asked for a replacement key and he made up this wild story like his name that he wasn't able to replace the key because he had to deactivate all the keys in the whole building. We all know that's a lie. So His new name is "wildliar". I understand though there are people in the building asking for extra keys to stick 8 people in a unit. That was not my intention. The only person he's fooling is himself. Luckily my house keeper found her key So I didn't need it replaced Jasmine is very nice but not sincere but again I also think that is because she has to deal with tenants acting a fool. I think if I had to deal with the people she deals with all day I would be the same. So I understand The one big issue I see arising is the new metro link stop I believe it will attract unwanted people in the city There's no city in Los Angeles that is appealing that I would want to live in with a train stop Maybe in New York City in Manhattan But not in canyon country Nevertheless, This building is a great building. Have an opened mind if you're looking to move in. If you're thinking about moving into this building you should, if you read comments online about this place being a terrible building it's because they refuse to become a better person and they're just upset about their own failures in life. BEWARE!!! I don't even know where to start!! I will start by saying, I loved living here! It was my safe place! I was terrified and needed to find a safe place. This apartment was my sanctuary. Jasmine was the best, always helpful, cared and made the proces[[HIGHLIGHT]]s to apply and move in smooth and easy. I was extremely sad to move and I was a great tenant. Sure the[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]re were things I had complained about, like the time my electricity was out for like two days, but I was there for almost three years. I started in a one bedroom apartment then after signing two leases, I signed a third but I was signing with a room mate this time and for a two bedroom. I needed to save more because the goal was to eventually try and buy a home, so I got a roommate. We BOTH signed the lease! Evan, the most heartless human I have ever met and did not care[[HIGHLIGHT]] one bit after he just let my roommate off our lease without notifying me. THIS MUST BE ILLEGAL. My roommate claimed she knew him, so I a[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]m sure it was a conflict of interest and he allowed took her off for personal reasons. My roommate and I were both on the lease and he refused not only to tell me why and what for but he also didn't ask me to sign anything releasing her. Had I not seen some of her stuff out of our cabinet in the kitchen, I would have never known. I had to reach out to Evan to ask him if she had mentioned something about moving out and then he told me that she was moving. He confirmed that she did not pay any part of the balance or buyout. I have NEVER heard of anyone being able to get off of a 12 month lease without all lease holders signing for it or paying. After much research and having some time to start handling this, I am finding out that there is something very wrong with what happened to me here. Most places would tell the roommate to find someone to replace them, get all lease holders to sign or at least tell them to pay to buy out of their lease. Evan refused to show me proof, give me a reason or hold my roommate liable for any portion of the bill or the buy out. Then they threatened to evict me and wouldn't give me more time[[HIGHLIGHT]] to find another roommate. Come to find out, I was also early on in my pregnancy, so now [[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]that I have the time, I am looking for ways to handle this unethical business practice that Evan carried out. So I was forced out of my home and had no choice but to give notice to avoid the eviction. I am not taking this as housing discrimmation and unlawful. I have been reporting them and trying to take action. After I had moved moved out in November, they mailed me the entire bill (fee to break the lease and the balance for my roommate and I). Evan told me I had time to figure it out. But no, they put me i[[HIGHLIGHT]]n collections right away. I was trying to figure out what my rights were first. Now I am[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] stuck with a heavy bill and even worse, trying to find a more permanent residence. Ive been living with family. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and I don't know how Array and this manager Evan Haegele got away with this. I need help because I don't want this affecting my credit and I don't want this unethical business practice to affect others. I need relocation assistance and for my bill to be taken care of. I want the business (Array Vista Canyon Apartments) to be held accountable for this. I was a good tenant and had lived there for two years with no problems. I would have been there for three complete years had they not allowed this. I have been told by other property managers in the area that in order for someone to be removed from a lease, that all parties must sign and that a termination fee must be paid by both lease holders. Evan you are shady and I know that you did something illegal here to let my roommate off the lease. And I will eventually get to the bottom of it!! And when I asked Evan for corporates contact, email and number, h[[HIGHLIGHT]]e said, "it will just come back to me" with an attitude. It is all fun and nice while you're living there but the mome[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]nt you have a roommate issue (mine was an alcoholic and doing blow in our home on a Sunday night partying, disrupting neighbors, and driving drunk with her son through the complex) and you and her have a falling out, prepare for the management to just leave you screwed with the lease and the balance. Then threaten to kick you out, are you kidding me!!!!??? They will allow your roommate to illegally get off the lease without any real probable cause and without having to pay sticking you responsible with the remainder of a 12 month lease (10 months). Which is a huge fee!! SOO SHAMEFUL! I have never had a bad rental history, owed a complex money or had an issue like this anywhere else living in Santa Clarita. Array Vista Canyon: Unit 1111 Horrible Experience, Unsafe Living Conditions, and Unhelpful Management I had just moved across the country from Georgia with my special needs son and a service dog to live in an overpriced, unlivable apartment at Array Vista Canyon. Upon moving in, I noticed an unknown substance oozing from under the tiles--even before any furniture was placed. Wilder, the property manager, inspected it, lifted a single tile, found a large amount of liquid-like material, and merely wiped it up from that one spot. Despite his "cleaning," this sticky, glue-like substance continued to spread across the flooring, making the entire unit impossible to keep clean or safe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I immediately reported this to management in writing, and they requested an in-person meeting. During the discussion, they offered to clean the area but refused to provide alternative accommodation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I explained that I have a service dog and a special needs child and asked for assistance in finding somewhere else to stay during repairs, Wilder Foncea replied, "I don't care about your special needs son, and I don't care where you have to go."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This response is not only insensitive but also a violation of ADA law, which I plan to report. The management's solution was to clear out my furniture after I had moved in, without providing any alternative living arrangement. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Wilder repeatedly dismissed the severity of the issue, saying it wasn't his concern.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The floors remained dirty and toxic, with this goo seeping from the cracks constantly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I escalated the issue to the district manager, Tran Banh, they mischaracterized the problem as "small"--despite the fact that the entire floor was affected.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Only after moving out did I learn from maintenance that this oozing problem had been reported in multiple units. Once I moved out, they replaced all the flooring, not just a small area as initially suggested. Besides the incredibly thin walls where we can hear people in the above unit moving furniture at 10pm and having to walk on eggshells so we don't disturb the people in the unit below us. We made the mistake of thinking we could do 30 day notice to vacate, (although it was in our lease and we did receive an envelope that had it in fine print), someone at the office mentioned that it happened a lot and many people make the mistake of thinking it's a normal 30 day notice. ¡Be aware of this and other things in fine print! We are now left to pay over $3000 dollars for a small 1 bedroom apartment we will not be living in. If situations like this happen a lot I would have guessed that it's not the tenants fault but for the people in charge to bring more attention to it. read more

Really like living here. The units are spacious and quiet. The metro is right outside but rarely ever hear it. The amenities are awesome and fairly kept clean. My only grudge is how the outside is maintained. A lot of stuff over grown and unsightly to look at but living here is great. The rent has gone up since moving in and I hope it stays affordable. My girlfriend and I came and spoke to the property manager Wilder Foncesa, a day before we came to tour the property. At this time you could not tell we were a couple. The manger was very excited for us to come back. I also wore long pants that day. (I will explain why this is important later.) The next day we came back I was wearing shorts and I have hairy legs. Wilder was looking at me in disgust the whole time during the tour. Also we were supposed to see a few other apartments that were available yesterday but somehow someone had moved into them overnight? He had us in the heat walking around for over 1 hour and half. He walked us another in circles claiming that he was lost and could not find the apartment units. We only saw 2 units which is ridiculous for the amount of time we were there. Also during the tour, my girlfriend and I were holding hands. His attitude was completely different from the previous day when you could not tell we were a couple. He was also condescending. I would ask a question and he would turn to my girlfriend and speak to her. My girlfriend is very feminine is also has light skin whereas I have dark skin. Also the manager forgot to give me my drivers license back. We completed an application and in less than 10 minutes we got an email saying we were denied. We called the leasing office and the Resident Service Coordinator Taylor Sunzeri answered. I asked her why we were denied and she said they could not tell us. We asked if we could submit paystubs and bank statements because the application did not have a section to submit these documents. She told us the application is not based on income but it is based on credit history, rental history, and criminal history. So we called the company "Safe Rent" that did the background check and credit check. They said our credit was good over 700, we had good rental history, no criminal history, no public records, no evictions, no collections. The receptionist said she was confused as to why we would be denied. But she said ultimately the decision wasn't up to Safe Rent but to the property owner. The only reason we can assume we were denied is due to the fact that we are both black and gay. read more

I've lived here for over a year and here is my honest review: Pros: - Beautiful amenities, gym and modern appliances - Security on weekends - Assigned parking - if anyone parks in your spot, that car gets immediately towed - Responsive leasing office if you call or arrive in person - Great big area for biking and walking - There's free guest parking garage for visitors - Area is nearby many convenient stores, gas stations, restaurants and more Cons: - Walls and floors are thin so expect to hear door shuts, base music, screaming kids, dog barking and drilling from all sides. - Wooden floors are not real wood, so expect to even hear your downstairs neighbors even though you're on the top floor or vice versa - Reckless drivers with loud base music coming in every day - Some utility bills are extremely delayed so expect to pay a big 2-3 month bill - People play loud base music in the gym at night - Frequent car alarms go off in the parking lot If you don't mind the noise or gamble of neighbors, then feel free to apply! STAY AWAY from these apartments!!! If you're looking to move into their Phase II Apartments DO NOT!!! I've had multiple packages come up missing!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went to the leasing office to inform them regarding my missing packages. They did nothing, I had to file a police report in order for them to "review" the cameras.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was not the only tenant that was experiencing this. Also, it's a "gated" community but the gates are always open or broken. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I moved out July 2024 and I received an email from a debt collector stating I owe $365 from Array Vista, yes Array. They never called me, sent an email, or even sent physical mail (snail mail) before they sent my bill to the debt collector.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bill was for typical clean up fees, something I've never heard of!!! When I moved out my apartment was clean no major damage just your typical wear and tear. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once I received the bill from the debt collector I called the office to ask them why am I being charged. They were supposed to call me back but never did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to physically go up there to ask and they told me we always charge these fees upon moving out. They couldn't even provide me with documentation stating they tried to reach out regarding the fees. If you're not aware this will impact you applying for another apartment. My daughter and I have lived here since May, the amenities are great and we really enjoy living in this community. The leasing staff is super helpful and friendly, and there are monthly activities in the community which are really fun and a nice way to get to know your neighbors. I appreciate that they go the extra mile to provide fun things like costume parties,brunches, mixers, yoga etc.! (Shout out to Hanah and Devin!) read more

I have lived here for a few months and it has been the best experience at any apartment complex I have ever lived at. Evan, who works in the office, has been the most helpful in my moving process and my living experience. He is extremely reliable when people need him and knows everything about the building and the residents here. If you plan to move in here, definetly ask for help from Evan with anything that you need and it will be a very smooth adjustment. I'm thoroughly impressed with our property manager Wilder Foncea's exceptional dedication in managing our 480-unit complex. Despite the vast number of units, and from the different types of people he has to encounter (I've come across some not so nice tenants) he handles every issue with incredible attention to detail and promptness. In my observations, he is always available and ready to help, making each tenant feel valued and supported. His hard work and commitment ensure that our complex is not only well-maintained but also a nice place to live. Hi guys, I moved here in May 2021 and just renewed my lease for another year. Array (formerly Jefferson) is a new apartment community in Canyon County and is extremely convenient to Highway 14 access and close by Metrolinks. I had toured a few model units on the same property before I signed last year and loved all of them. Design is very contemporary and clean and should please even the most picky renters. Communal amenities like the pool and weight room are also very clean and very well maintained. Maintenance crew is also very friendly and quick to respond. Leasing management folks are all courteous and helpful and aim to make our living experience at Array a very pleasant one. Management really try to host monthly or bi-monthly festive activities to bring good tenants together. No complaints at all. The few "bad" experience other Yelpers posted below probably happened to a certain degree, but it's very isolated incidences tbh with you guys. To say that this is the "worst" place they have ever lived means that they have never lived. They probably say the same thing about their ex-boyfriends and the mall. We really love living here and we will likely renew our lease. The only big negative is that so many people here do not pick up after their dogs... and I say this as someone with a dog! If you have a big dog and you do not want to pick up giant sh*ts, you should not have that dog. Most leashes these days come with a place to hook on a baggie caddy-- it takes two seconds to pick up after your dog and walk over to the MANY trash cans around the property specifically for that purpose. I even just experienced someone allowing their dog to pee directly in front of the gate that everyone from my side of the building enters through. I really feel like management should crack down on this. It's truly disgusting and it can cause other people's dogs to get sick. Please neighbors, pick up after your dogs. read more

Living here for about a month , we love it! The vibe here is awesome , everyone is friendly and minds their own business. I love how the entire complex is always spotless, from touring to moving in everything was so smooth and easy. The employees are all great. I love the monthly events the apartments host. Been here for about a year now and although no community is perfect, I really can't complain. So I'm confused with all the negative reviews. Yes, there's some car break-ins but if you leave valuables in clear view, you're asking for it. (Not to mention, why would you even leave anything of value in the first place?) And if you're relying on security cameras to protect your belongings, think again. Go invest in a better security system for your vehicle. These days you can monitor and track everything through your phone. It's not the responsibility of the complex to safeguard your belongings. And if you can tell me one place that does guarantee security of your shit, then please do share this info. And if you've been hit with rent increases, well join the party. Sure, I'm not happy about it but Im not going to act like I've been victimized by management for slapping me with an increase. Millions of others are faced with rising inflations or was it just me that is paying for exorbitant gas prices these days? Personally for me, I love my apartment. Great maintenance team, friendly staff and a responsive Manager- Wilder, who listens to his tenants and gets things done. If you're looking for a decent community with realistic expectations, I recommend this place...or go get a house. read more

Fell in love with the property when we first toured it a month before moving in. Katrina has helped us along the process of applying and getting all settled into our unit! The property is gorgeous with great amenities. The pricing is fair given the housing market these days. My only pet peeve has been the lag in communication sometimes from the office but I did notice they were very overwhelmed with new tenants during my time of applying so I don't fault them. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. You wake up to the fire alarms going off in the whole building at 8am for "testing purpose" and don't shut off for 10 mins. There is always noisy construction from 7am all the way to the evening, we get random people coming into out apartment without our consent just to check on things they did wrong when they built it. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. Neighbors are rude and do not follow the quiet time rule at 10pm. I honestly cannot wait to get out of this horrible place, it is the worst place I have ever lived!!! read more

I've lived here almost a year. Taylor helped us with our initial move in the first time but we wanted to move units because it was a bigger unit that comes with a garage and Taylor showed up again and made our move so much easier. I love living here. There's always gonna be issues anywhere you live like people let their dogs poop sometimes anywhere but the living place alone and the leasing office alone is what makes it nicer to live here.
