Rubbish. My…read moregirlfriend and I often need to get to the train station or the airport (train station less than 10 mins from house). I now need to book 40 minutes before the train to stand a chance of ABBA turning up. It used to be bad, but they'd turn up within 10 mins of the time... but now, no matter how early I book (even hours or the day before for a morning taxi) they are, without fail, more than 20 mins late. I have topped using them and are trying out alternative firms. Just for completeness, we've missed numerous trains... and once when I rang up to ask what I was supposed to do about the train (when driver after 25 minutes hadn't arrived) the operator said "well I am not guaranteeing your taxi so we won't pay for it", and I've almost missed a flight, but luckily managed to run through and make it. Terrible service, terrible customer care. Warrington Council really should be doing something about regulating taxi firms in the area to stop ABBA from getting away with it.

However, first the driver was late (can be confirmed by call I made) and also he did not bring the car seat. Finally, driver upon reaching at airport said the fee is 35 pounds instead of 30. So I paid 10 pounds extra including for the car seat. Such a very very unpleasant situation !!!! No longer use them!!

We are waiting for a car to become free to allocate to the Job What is the point of pre booking if they do not do anything until the time it is required for. I had to book a 2nd taxi after the first one failed to turn up despite me getting a text saying my taxi was outside. The 2nd one failed to turn up aswell. I walked to the firm right away and the guy operating the phone came out and with a disgusting attitude told me to "go somewhere else." I'll definitely be warning people against using this firm. The guy should be sacked.
