In the end, if they had simply apologized and admitted they got the timing wrong instead of trying to make me look like I had screwed up, I could have been more understanding. But trying to tell me I was the one who was confused about the appointment just makes them seem incredibly untrustworthy. It turns out they left them because they were not measured correctly for install. We found Ample WRAPS on YELP and they have been so helpful. They were able to modify the retractable screens and fit them in all of the windows. Thank goodness! I don't know what we would have done if they didn't work. Retractable window screens would have been hard to find for this home. Since they did such a great job with that, we called them again when we had issues with some screens that were poorly installed in our screened in porch. I purchased screens on Amazon and Jordyn and squad replaced them all and they look amazing! And actually are much more transparent than the previous ones. Lastly, we had them build a sauna onsite for us during a landscaping project. They priced us about right on with sauna install/build rates, and built us a beautiful sauna! They were able to help trouble shoot some issues we were having with the roof, due to a product issue, directly with the manufacturers customer service. The cleanup was amazing. The concern for my flowerbeds, windows, deck and balcony was obvious.
