I was able to get a brand new, programmed key fob from him without ever having to leave my home. I was so worried that I would have to get my car towed to a dealership and then have them try to fix what I thought was a "key stuck in the ignition," but Bob was able to explain what had really happened and resolved my issue. I know for certain that I would have been charged much more if I got a new programmed key at the dealership, but Best Choice was affordable and really cared about saving me as much as possible.
