Fantastic office of Realtors! Hayden is the Broker and gives the office a family feel. Every time I stop by there the office is abuzz and everyone seems really happy! Nancy is also a familiar face and she's constantly working extremely hard. They are very resourceful and work well together as a team. I think that's what anyone really wants anyway- an office with common goals all pulling in the same direction. That comes from great management and leadership. He makes his whole team feel at home and provides any support they need. Hayden provides support, updates, marketing strategies on a regular basis to his team! I know, I've had the opportunity to sit in on a few of his presentations! I'd highly recommend this office for any real estate needs. Really horrible experience, Fred miller was my agent he works for arrow Reality, April 9, 2019 I signed a cancellation contract electronically which fred Miller never went over and read to me, when canceling my home I asked Fred Miller do I owe anything he told me don't worry about it, two years eight mouths later I get a call from Fred Miller which start off friendly until I told him I'm not selling my house and why would you be contacting me almost three years later, Fred trying to pressure me to sell my house, he then got aggressive arguing with me very rudely, says pay me for my marketing, I then reminded him about the conversation we had on April 9, 2019 when Mr Miller Stated verbally don't worry about it, For two years eight months Fred did not communicate or even contact me calls, letters, emails, about my home until August 2021, he's trying to take me too small claims court he's trying to get the full Commission amount from me,the house has been off the market for almost three years. It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. Fred Miller told the judge that Mr. Butterfield was the one that told him to put the lawsuit against me, so Mr. Butterfield lied to me on the phone about the whole situation, he told me he didn't know anything about this, Mr Butterfield lies to his clients he is very unethical and is a pathological narcissist, on October 28, 2021 The judge reviews the case and dismisses the case due to expired contract. I want to warn others about this company they put hidden claws in their contract which is unethical ridiculous, tasteless, they come back at you years later and bully you with harassing phone calls and use a expire contract as a crutch, it's really disgusting and creepy feeling to have this happened, they also charge more commission than the common real estate Company. I would do research when looking for a real estate company to sell your home. From personal experience dealing with them I would not hire this company to sell your house. read more

Excellent! Cream of the crop! Hard working! Calls, emails, and text messages! Immediate updates! A hard-working, go-getter of an agent! Everyone I met who knew Mel always had something great to say about him. Mel Ewing is excellent. He lives and works close to where I live, work, and where I wanted to purchase a home and most importantly has years' worth of experience. He was my third and final real estate agent that I worked with but the first agent I hired. My mother selected the first two agents who did not work out due to personality conflicts. Mel is excellent with communicating and there were no personality conflicts. I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about purchasing a home. Mel is extremely knowledgeable. He is on time, works hard because it's his full-time job, and spoils his customers. He made me feel like I was his only client even though he has dozens and dozens of clients. Has sold many properties, consistently mentions not brags about how many homes he has closed, this is good to hear because it meant my agent was busy working and well experienced. He is web savvy not to mention phone text message savvy too. Going back to his years' worth of experience, his connections with mortgage brokers saved my home buying experience. We hired Mel Ewing from Arrow Realty to sell our 100+ year old Victorian in Lincoln a couple of years ago.... this after having hired 3 other realtors and having interviewed several others. NO one was more attentive, knowledgeable or responsive than Mel. OUTSTANDING professionally, and his personal touch and care sold our home in a down market at the price we wanted in just one week! He has a wide network of buyers and puts in 110% with realtor open houses scheduled... on time, great communication -- email and telephone updates every few days. Extremely unprofessional company! No one knows who is responsible for each property; no one is able to answer questions. You get the run around from different employees and no one returns your calls, we removed our application after 2 weeks of waiting on a property to find out we were approved! I do not trust a property management company to resolve any potential issues with my rental home if I can't get them to respond or return calls. read more

Mel Ewing is the worst real estate agent we have ever worked with. We have purchased 3 homes and sold 1 in our lifetime and the experience working with Mel makes us never want to do either ever again. He was impressive during our first meeting and so we signed with him to sell our home. It was all downhill from there. He was not truthful with us and made excuse after excuse for not doing the simplest things. The fact that he is a cancer survivor is truly a blessing, but he brought this up every time he did something wrong. Ultimately, we had to rely on the agent helping us purchase our new home to get our old home sold since Mel was so unprofessional and unhelpful.
