The "premiere" window fabrication/installation company couldn't come out for a "look" for at least two weeks so we just took the two screens to American Home Screens and they were repaired with the Clear View instead of the standard screens that are far and away better than the original ones installed! very nice people and accommodating but were in over their head when it came to making new screens…read morefor our custom windows. poor planning on the installation made it possible to only install one of 3 screens. also when we called they asked that we bring the screens that needed repair and once there we were told that they could not be repaired but but would have to come out to the house to measure to make new. a $120 charge after we drove a half hour initially. we agreed as we were a little desperate with this service becoming more scarce. I'm sure on a less complicated issue they could do well.
