We had such a wonderful experience with Kate yesterday! We wanted to do a fun photo shoot for my…read moregrandma for her upcoming 84th birthday. We called them "glamma shots." Get it? Grandma glamour shots? We knew Kate would be the one to make this a fun and engaging experience for her. We were right. Kate immediately had my grandma feeling comfortable. She made sure my grandma could hear her (she's hard of hearing; most nurses can't even be bothered to speak up). And she was very careful in having her move around. She found all the beautiful flowering trees and a willow tree--one of my grandma's favorites. She would also tease her to get real smiles! My sister is incredibly picky about photographers (heads/feet cut off, too much editing, etc.). And Click by Kate checked out. By the end, my mom was asking if she does weddings, which she does! I could see my mom thinking about her other kids that still might get hitched down the road. Kate would be great! We had some fun props we brought (antique, family broaches, a photo of my grandma at 19, some flowers, cupcakes), and Kate also provided some stools, chairs, lace tablecloths, and a cake plate. My grandma loved being in the center of attention! But Kate also made sure we didn't take too long and wear my grandma out. She's very conscious of her photo subjects! What is there to say about Rachel? Well, let's start with the fact that she made everything super…read moreeasy... straight forward.... and awesome. She is all smiles and has a great sense of humor, by the end of our wedding day I was just bummed that she didn't live closer so that we could hang out and watch the Big Bang Theory. The pictures that she took are amazing. You can tell that she cares about delivering a quality product. She's not earning a paycheck she is doing something that she loves. At one point after our wedding she was in a tree trying to get the perfect shot. Is that dedication or what!? The price is dirt cheap for everything that you are getting. The engagement session, the wedding, edited photos, and the print rights! There is even an app which makes it super easy to share pictures with... well let's face it, anyone who's willing to look at them! She didn't charge us to travel for our wedding and was willing to go anywhere that we wanted for pictures. I have already recommended her to a few people getting married here shortly and will continue to do so for some time. I am going to be that person who changes her Facebook profile picture 4 times a week because I JUST CAN'T DECIDE WHICH ONE TO USE!!!!! The pictures speak for themselves so check out the website. The contract we signed with Bus Stop Productions was that we would receive our video within 30 days…read moreafter our wedding. It took us over 9 months to get our wedding video back. During that long wait we received little to no communication for the delay, and would rarely receive a return call or email. I wish that the long wait was worth it. The 3 minute summary video was really cute. The long video of the day, awful. In the questionnaire before the wedding, we had checked that interviews were the LEAST important thing to be included in our video. The entire thing was interviews. Little coverage of the actual day. The worst part was the footage of the ceremony. The two videographers simply put the cameras on tripods facing forward before anything started, hit play, and then took a break for the next 30 minutes. There was no footage of anyone walking into the ceremony until they were almost at the end of the aisle, which just showed their back. The footage of me (the bride) being walked down the aisle by my dad was instead the back of the people standing in the rows in front of the camera. That's a pretty big moment to miss. The two angles we got of the ceremony was one very zoomed-out shot, and one side shot that showed the back of my husband's head the whole time. So there is absolutely zero footage of my husband's face during the entire video. We could have had a relative with a cam-recorder to a better job. It was the biggest waste of money from our entire wedding. I would highly recommended not using their services.

I'm torn in this review. I've been to this location 5 times. For family photos and photos of my…read morekids. The pros: open Sunday's, you get your photos in as little as an hour, they have good coupon deals. Most of the staff is nice. The cons: it's usually busy and chaotic on the weekends, the photos don't always have good lighting - I find them really dark, some of the photographers really pressure you to buy extras even when you say you don't want them. Always check for coupons before you go. They do not allow pets. They do allow you to make one outfit change. They have lots of different backgrounds that they can use. What really gets me is how dark the photos turn out. They don't look dark on the computer screen when you order them but when you pick them up it's a let down. Once I took them back because they were so dark and asked if they could be brightened and the lady was super snotty and couldn't see what was wrong with them. She said she'd try and she would call me. I never got a call. I called back, they took a message and I never got a call. Also they give you a photo cd but it's not to print off photos elsewhere. They will not give you the copyright release. You have to bring the cd in to them and they will print photos at their prices. But of coarse they don't tell you this.

Won't be going back for the cost you can go to a professional. I never dreamed a place like this…read morewould be so spendy. Photos turned out so so lots of little things that a pro would have noticed and fixed. This place would be OK for one photo but not family or other larger events.
