I was welcome.Not only by the center managers, but by the people in the class. The Yoga is very different. It's almost like a restorative yoga.And they also have tai chi classes as well. Both experiences were unique yet similar: * The studio session was relaxing to the point that my racing mind was able to go blank for a decent period of time, just absorbing the vibrations of the bowls echoing in the room. * The private session made me feel grounded especially being outside in the grass with the mixed in sounds of nature.
