The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.

First, I came home to find they were cutting the flooring over my brand new kitchen cabinets. They scuffed and scratched my cabinets. I had to scrub off marks and retouch them. After 3 days, I realized my toilet that they pulled up to install the flooring, was leaking - not properly sealed - and water had seeped underneath all of the newly laid bathroom flooring. I had to pull up all the flooring, fix the sub floor and re-install the flooring myself. (Costing me more than I originally paid to have the flooring installed) All the while, they completely ignored my messages and didn't offer to make the situation right.
