We designed a ring to go with my wedding band and engagement ring: rose gold band and alternating diamonds and emeralds around. We waited a couple months but it arrived in SF today and we could not be happier! It fits perfectly, it's incredibly well made and arrived THE day they said it would. Pretty incredible considering it was made from scratch and was delivered across the globe. It took a couple visits to get the idea set in stone and the ring ordered. However, everyone who helped us was patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, next time we are in Buncrana we WILL be back and we would highly recommend Crossan's to anyone and everyone. Cool Discs is one of my favourite record shops in Europe…read more The staff are super friendly and really chatty. This works twofold. You get loads of records that you didn't even know you loved and they make a sale or two more. It's a tidy, neat little pocket of musodom and has a stock that puts the rest of Ireland to shame. It's got a few modern, mainstream cuts knocking around but really, Cool Discs is all about hidden gems stocking ace lost folk LPs, killer garage punk long-players and more rock 'n' roll than you can shake a stick at. It was a bit of a surprise to stumble over this shop but I'm incredibly glad I did. If you're in town, pay it a visit. It's the perfect record shop.

They have a brilliant second hand book section where you can buy books for very little and in the credit crunch it all helps. When you go in to browse the books why not take a bag of old unused clutter from your own home for them to sell! The staff are voluntary and do a wonderful job.

This place covers three floors and the third floor leads outside to the main Diamond in the city centre. A famous mainstay of the Diamond was Austins store which has now closed for good. This centre blends in well with the still visible ancient walls of this historic siege city. The main attractions for me in this centre are the usual suspects M&S, a Starbucks as well as a sister of the excellent Yangtze Chinese fast food place in the castlecourt centre in Belfast. The M&S is quite small but it still manages to contain a small well stocked food hall, a dainty cafe, kitchenware and male & female clothing. Unusually for me I chose to go to M&S for coffee rather than Starbucks.
