Once she moved onto my Tragus, it was gushing blood, I wasn't to worried because sometimes that happens. 3 days later I had to go to another piercer and get it removed bc of how bad of a job she did. She pierced it from the back to front, and way too deep into my ear. It was swelling over the jewelry and was causing terrible headaches and the whole side of my face to hurt. The amount of money, time and effort I've invested to accomplish this is kind of ridiculous, but I just love them. In this pursuit, I discovered that apparently Tulsa has a shortage of piercers. After going to two different places who all lost their piercers to other professions, I ended up at Brookside Tattoo. Highly recommend! The place is super cool and clean (particularly throughout the pandemic). They are attentive, friendly and will go above and beyond to take care of you. I lost count of how many times I've been here regarding piercing issues (swelling, redness, etc.). Each time, they'd inspect it carefully and make recommendations accordingly even though this was not where I got my piercings originally (I got them while I was traveling). Sometimes they even refused payment just to look at it but I still left a tip to compensate them for their time. There's a convenient ATM inside in case you don't have cash. Tracy in particular was super helpful and even went as far as giving me their direct phone number in case of emergency (yes, my piercings are stubborn and demand that kind of attention like that). The owner, Demi, was also very attentive. They have a nice assortment of quality earrings and will let you know when they're getting new ones.
