Air conditioning is on full blast which is a necessity especially with all the people and the body heat that's generated here. Food and drink are reasonably priced. It's like if someone crossed a SkyZone Trampoline Park with a McDonald's Playpen and slapped it with a coat of pastel paint and candy stickers. Sorry, CANDEE stickers. I will say that the prices are very reasonable. $25 buys you two hours of playtime. Grip socks are extra, food is extra, some of the games are extra. And the area itself is impressively clean, especially considering the number of young children traipsing about. On the negative side of things, however, the list is a bit longer. First, there's not a ton to do. Candeeland has limited space to work with and much of it is taken up by sitting areas for parents. The empty space could easily house 2-3 more small activities without sacrificing any existing areas. Still, what activities they do have are pretty intricate, with the multilevel play area having a nice array of padded areas for children to crawl through and a toddler area with nice pneumatic tube setup to delight the young. Next, even though the place is less than a year old, there's already some breakage of some of the area. There's a floor made up of touch screens that displays numerous games for kids to step on a play with. However, it's apparent that some larger kids have smacked a number of screens, causing them to go out or flicker. Which leads to my biggest issue. There are not that many people working here. This means that there are usually people minding the gate and checking if your kid is leaving with the right person. But, there aren't enough people on the floor to ensure safety or police older kids from doing things they shouldn't be doing. Candeeland really is a place that caters to those between 3-8 years of age. Older kids either don't fit on some of the slides or play a bit too rough with the environment. More than once, a screaming 12 year old almost barreled over my kid, knocked her off a slide, or hit her with one of the nerf axes. Sure, they balk when you glare at them. But, they just go back to screaming and thrashing about while their parents sleep oblivious in the corner. So, does my seven year old like Candeeland? Yes, she loved it and wants to come back. Did I like Candeeland? M'eh, not particularly. Still, I'm sure I'll be back eventually...

It feels safer than other indoor playgrounds we have been to. It can def get crowded when there's a birthday party going on. Multiple hand sanitizers and air purifiers around the place. Staff vacuum regularly. The cafe is a real cafe and serves decent food compared to many other playgrounds. It would be a perfect place if the kitchen and market play areas are better stocked with toys and organized. Overall a great experience and will return back if we are around the area again.

However, there are some safety issues that I believe need attention. My main concern is the 24-month-and-under area. During a busy Sunday visit, multiple older, more active children repeatedly ran through the space, jumped into the baby ball pit, climbed over the low walls, jumped down from the turf hill into the baby section, and played very close to crawling infants. One older child accidentally swung one of the baby toys and hit my 8-month-old on the head, knocking him over and causing him to cry. His mom immediately came into the infant section, apologized, and had her child apologize, which I appreciated. What concerned me most was seeing another child climb onto and walk along the wall separating the infant section from the front lobby--not even part of the play structure--and then jump down into the baby area. She accidentally kicked my husband on the way down while he was sitting beside our son. A staff member was standing nearby, clearly saw her walking on the wall, and simply walked away without redirecting her or saying anything. I understand that parents are responsible for supervising their own children. However, during our visit, several parents did not prevent their older children from entering and actively playing in the infant section. When staff directly witness behavior that is clearly unsafe, especially around crawling babies, I would expect them to step in. The current layout also makes the baby area feel like an extension of the larger play space. The low walls, open entrance, connecting tunnel, turf hill, and small age-limit sign--which is only visible from one side--seem to encourage older children to enter, climb, and jump into the area. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue visiting, but I hope the owners consider clearer signage, more consistent staff redirection during busy periods, and possible future design changes to make the infant area safer and more clearly separated.

It is on the cozy smaller size but the play activities are all nicely spaced out. I went here on a weekday and it wasn't too packed. The children museum provides indoor and outdoor play options. They have a small section for kids under two where they get to crawl, climb and play with balls. *shoes off* For indoor they have the magna-tiles table, chalk board, reading area, pretend grocery store and ranger lookout, For outdoor they have a big water table; soft foam building blocks, a garden and a dirt excavation section. They do have a handwashing station outside so I appreciate that after the messy play. I also love the art installation, it's big colorful bugs and insects. Would recommend you checking it out.

A huge shoutout to Michele, our party planner, who was incredibly communicative, organized, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The setup and decor were beautiful, and everything was ready to go when we arrived, which made a big difference when hosting a group of excited kids! The space itself is amazing, with so many engaging, hands-on activities for a wide range of ages (definitely up to around 10). The kids were entertained the entire time. Even better, so many of the parents were raving about the experience and how much their kids loved it, which says a lot. Highly recommend hosting a party here if you're looking for something fun, interactive, and well-organized. We had the best time!
