I have moved in last year and I was so excited to live in a bit fancy new apartment BUT since day…read moreone of moved in I have seen German roaches, Moth, Ants and House flies...Oh and dogs and human wastes too... Since this apartments don't have security camera bad people leave dog wastes and human food wastes on everywhere.... So bugs get into those wastes and it's out of control since the property managers can't do anything about it w/o witnesses or proof. So I have been picking up someone else's wastes near my place but it will never get better unless security camera catches bad people and penalty them. There have pest control you can ask once every 2 weeks (YOU HAVE TO ASK TO THE OFFICE PPL EACH TIME) but since this is a big apartment it's very difficult to get rid of all insects. German roaches is all season and I have seen them at inside of entrance, Wall, kitchen, bathroom but sometimes I see on carpet and on doors. One time they dropped an egg capsule ON MY BED and I think that is so gross. I was lucky to find it within an hour after they dropped a nasty egg capsule that contain up to 50 baby roaches. Other insects are mostly coming when it gets warmer. Also I just found an housefly egg that maggot inside!! I have no idea where all those kinds of insects are coming from but those brown eggs(houseflies) often dropping eggs on carpet of corners and edges also behind of objects. Moth is coming in summer season I saw A LOT of them around building... They attracted to lights and I have complained about it last year and soon after many lights been changed to LEDish lights since than I see less moth but still saw them in summer season and few dead inside of my place. **I have left negative review about those issues that I have been dealing with and just today I was told no renewal offer and they want me to get out of this property in few months via an email.** I think this property owner is so childish if he/she wants to vacate me just because I left negative review or asked for pest control every 2 weeks because of other resident(s) who had huge infestation of german roaches. It's not even my fault and roaches cause health problems. I even picking up strangers wastes outside. Pro ; 1, free coffee, gym and computer & printer at office while open hours. 2, pool and bbq grills. Con : 1, A LOT of insects and it's never end especially large apartments like this properties. 2, Many dogs and human wastes here and there and sometimes you can smell outside smells funny. 3, They changed policy and starting to charge us $25 each month for garbage. Basically you can put garbage in about 13 gal bin they provided and leave it outside door after 5pm Mon-Thur and Sun and a company will pick up around 8pm and you have to bring in your bin in the morning otherwise they will charge you $$. Plus if you have pets you will have to pay for pet deposit plus each month fee for each pet too. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this apartment especially I have been paying $1400 for 3br per month. I'm sure I can find somewhere better place and better price. I will look for some housing very soon. Save your time and money to somewhere else if you don't like what I experiencing right now. P.S. Me and my husband had been moving a lot of places due to his job and this is our first time to get vacated from a property owner. We have been paying just in time and nothing really did except leaving negative review of what is going on in my place and this apt. I can't believe the property owner is not trying to solve those issues and just getting rid of me who was trying to live better at here. But it's ok I really wanted to move out bc can't deal with insects and wastes here and there.

Rent money came up missing after being turned in turned into her.. she lies right to your face... Theressa and her staff all have an attitude that is extremely unprofessional and very anti-customer service! I find it really hard to believe how people like her retain employment. Maintenance men are super shady... They take forever to respond to work orders if they do and more often than not, neglect to do anything proper! Plan on seeing police here on an almost daily basis, aswell!!!!!
