My floor was caving in, the carpet was older than a decade, there was a bed bug infestation in all the buildings, lenolium peeling up, dried calk in bathroom and kitchen, cockroaches, active crack addicts, and illegal, free labor of the tenants. (A man named Lee who mowed the grass and did handy work while drinking vodka and orange soda) After I left, I had to leave my garbage bags and unused boxes in the kitchen because their construction crew illegally used our dumpsters for their demolition instead of renting their own. They sought out my social media account and harassed me via DM, calling me a "disgusting and pathetic individual for living the way I do" (I suffer from physical and neurodevelopmental disabilities.) They are horrible people. Their rent is currently 1650 a month, and the apartments still look exactly the same as they did 6 years ago.

Update: after filing small claims lawsuit, letter to the NH Attorney General, Letter with evidence packet, letter to Consumer Protection Bureau with evidence packet, email and phones calls to code Enforcement Officer of Middleton,NH and over 10 back and forth emails from myself to RPM with legal assistance, they finally caved and my wife and I were successfully free from the lease!! Of course will waiting for reimbursement of ALL monies including the electric bill that I was responsible for even though we NEVER ONCE too possession of the property or moved in. Listen to your intuition!!!! If something feels wrong Listen to it!! If what they're asking you to do isn't normal to you...DO NOT do it! Aka, do NOT put utilities in your name before taking possession of the property...legally they can NOT ask you to do that! Do a VERY thorough walk through and look at and note EVERYTHING wrong in the property-take LOTS of pictures and videos and when taking videos talk out loud in it so they know exactly what room your in and what your seeing and note Date and Time for everything as well! Write EVERYTHING down and request ALLLLL communication with them be in writing! Be it text or email because you have all of that for proof and protection in case you end up in my situation. Please do NOT be afraid to contact me if you need/want to. When you know something is wrong, again, please PLEASE Listen to your gut! You will dodge a massive bullet! The saying is true, "When you see something, SAY SOMETHING!". I DID and I'm so sooo glad I did and followed by gut and Never took occupancy or possession of the property. Update: when I was there last, I did mold tests... I'm sooo so so incredibly glad we dodged this bullet. Check out these results .. and this was JUST from the drain, the molded and rusted out toggle plate that had hair coming out of it, and behind it in the wall area... Check out the photos and video!!! We lived at their Piscassic street location for about 8 months and I have nothing negative to day. Our apartment had an amazing view and the location was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. (Not to mention more than accommodating with our short stay as my husband was stationed at the naval shipyard). The apartment had up to date appliances and hardwood. It was a spacious apartment for an excellent price and their pet rent is very reasonable. I also feel the need to mention we got the majority of our security deposit back as I know some people have negative reviews regarding that. (What caused me to be hesitant in the first place)

He has Smitty's Towing removing cars out of Hannaford's parking lot in Durham left and right and doesn't give a damn about it. What can you do? You break down at 7pm on a Saturday evening, when you're 2 hours from home, you tell the manager at Hannafords, you call the number for Dan, ( leave a message on an unattended voicemail), leave a note on the car as well, and still, you get towed and pay $185 to Smitty. What does Dan say? "Nothing I can do about it." Yes Dan, there is. Be a property manager. Pay for a live voicemail service who will actually relay messages to you. Not everyone that has car trouble in your parking lot is a drunk teenager leaving their car there after the bars close. Dan is condescending and frankly a lazy property manager. He doesn't want to be bothered.
