First, We love working with Jackie, strongly considering buying more houses just to keep working…read morewith her! We're just kidding, but seriously she was THE best, like the BEST real estate agent we encountered and we went through 4 prior to being introduced to Jackie. We just happened to see a few properties her father was showing that she came along for, and we didn't end up buying any of those houses but we left with our lifelong real estate agent! One of the struggles we encountered working with other agents is our price range. Being first-time home buyers, we haven't started our equity journey, therefore our budget is smaller than others. With the other agents we worked with, we were being almost forced into higher-priced homes that were beyond our expertise for repair. Also, I'll be the first to admit it, we did so much research online about buying a house prior to looking, and by the time we got to Jackie we learned that we misunderstood/misinterpreted EVERYTHING, and Jackie explained everything in real-time, and it made sense, so if you're feeling confused, she's definitely the best. Jackie really took our needs and wants and helped us filter through the best options. She even flat-out told us NO, to a property we had been interested in initially(for so many good reasons we just couldn't see). She genuinely had our best interests at heart and used her knowledge and resources to get us our first home. I mean it too. There was a whole bunch of hoop jumping, paper chasing, phone tag, and disorganization throughout every step of the process. Jackie combated all of the nonsense by being prompt, dedicated, and direct. Oh, and you know how I said she was knowledgeable? What makes her even more so is she will be the first one to tell you if she doesn't know the answer. However, if she didn't have the information she is going to find someone who does and figure it out. It's inspiring and refreshing to have had the opportunity to work with someone like Jackie. There's really nothing that can express the gratitude we have for Jackie taking us on as clients. I don't know what accolades are received in the real estate community but she deserves all of them for the rest of time

Jay was successful in renting my property. I was a home owner of a short term rental property that…read morewas managed by Jay Comstock of Seacoast Property Management, while I was out of state. My rating is a 3 star- he did something as well and somethings marginal. There was confusion & initial problems the week he listed my rental because he happened to be starting his vacation. No one else in his office seemed able to handle things. Subsequently, during his absence we missed the first two good renters and consequently the alternative was for me to drop the price. Upon his return, a renter was approved but I found out he had also lowered the criteria. I ended up with a "difficult " renter. It required too much attention on my part. Several items broken during the time of rental was billed to me even though negligence on their part was suspected by Jay. About each month his "handyman "was required to repair some item, at my expense or provide service at my expense. At termination my rental was left not clean and he did subtract monies and immediately obtained a cleaning company, to provide the cleaning service. However, the renters deposit- an item between he and renter- was the subject of "bargaining" and resulted in more than several calls and perplexing discussions. His accounting and paperwork was accurate.

As a local business owner and rental property owner, I would advise any property owner AGAINST…read moreusing Real Property Management Seacoast as their property managers. They will let unsafe repair requests go unresolved for over two years and put your tenants at risk. RPM has numerous complaints against them for forcing out good tenants and will cause you to lose money from the excessively high turnover. If you are a prospective tenant, go with a different apartment.

Worked with Andy on a 3 unit property that closed earlier this month. Andy is not just a real…read moreestate broker, but an advisor to my investment decision. For 6 months, he walked me through properties to help me gain knowledge of the NH real estate market. He have talked me out of buying properties that didn't meet my agenda and wasn't just trying to sell me on a property. Spoken with tons of real estate brokers in the area, most didn't have the work ethic or the depth of knowledge like Andy. Andy is currently assisting me on screening for another 4 unit investment property. I have also appointed Andy to manage the recent purchased 3 unit property, in which he continue to outperform my expectations. He wasn't just there to collect a management fee, but truly provided value through his due diligence of the NH rental market. I will continue to work with Andy on building my real estate portfolio, and have him advise me on both sellside / buyside deals.

Immediately after meeting…read morehim I was impressed with his professionalism and energy, and I only grew more impressed through working with him. We used him both as a seller's and buyer's agent, for the sale of one house and a purchase of another. Throughout the entire process he promptly answered any questions we had (there were many, and frequently repeated) at any time of day. Any information that he wasn't sure of he was clear about, and rapidly found answers to. We were looking over a very large area, for somewhere around 3 months he drove 2-5 hours multiple times a week to showings, never complaining and always working with our schedules. When we found the right place, he made suggestions on what to offer, assuring that we were accepted. After the offer was accepted he helped negotiate to lower than we had expected. I was hesitant about our ability to even sell our house, and was in disbelief at the original price that he estimated we would be able to get for it as it was $15-20k above what I had assumed we would be able to get. He followed through with that estimate and we sold at $10k over it (for a total of $30k above what I had expected to get for the house) on an offer that we received within the first week of listing the house. I'm writing this in front of my fireplace, in a new house that's over double the size of my first one, with hardwood floors instead of laminate, that I'm paying nearly the same mortgage for. I am confident that there is no better agent in New Hampshire.

They are unresponsive when renting from them and have not returned our security deposit. We rented an apartment from them at Crown Point Rd. in Dover for a year. The building was run down and they didn't take care of the parking lot appropriately in the winter. The contact person was not available and would not return calls. It's been three months since we moved out and they have not refunded the security deposit or provided any information as to why it hasn't been refunded. They called back once to ask what account it should be refunded to and said it would be processed, but that was over a month ago.

It didn't take long after moving in to realize that the building sounds like it was built with cardboard. I hear every sound my neighbors make. Especially my upstairs neighbors that stomp and thump until well past 2am almost every single day. They've stomped two air vents out of our ceiling. I haven't gotten a good night of sleep in about 9 months. When I contacted the landlord about this issue (3 times by phone, 4 times by email) they ignored me every single time! They even ignored me when I contacted them about another tenant's guest urinating on cars in the parking lot. Avoid Central Falls Realty at all costs.
