An absolute embarrassment of an establishment. I took my g shock in for its first battery change…read moreafter about 3 years of ownership. They performed the repair, then gave me the watch back. Immediately after, moisture entered the watch, and the buttons stopped working. I drove back, and they refused to take responsibility. Moisture had already entered the watch so I asked them to at least cash me out for the G Shock (which was only a few years old and water proof to 200m, I'll remind you). Ali refused, wouldn't give me a refund for the battery replacement, and wouldn't replace my watch, even though they did not make sure the watch was sealed properly. He claimed it was wear and tear, and that it was my fault and he doesn't take responsibility. NEVER trust them with your more expensive jewelry, considering this is how they treat cheap $100 G Shocks.

The owner of the Diamond Store in Richfield Utah is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever…read moredealt with. My Fiancé and I went into the store to get the ring resized. When we walked in, she just looked at us and asked what we were in the store for. When we gave her the ring, she said "I'm not going to be able to give you a size of this ring". My Fiance stated that the ring is small because it was his great grandmas ring and it has prongs in it to hold the ring on her finger. She looked at him and said, " I know what the prongs are for."...ok, first off how rude? We let that comment slide. Then she stated how the ring is in "horrible shape" and will need 16 new prongs to hold the diamonds- she spouted out several different prices for us for everything we will be needing done to the ring. So I asked her if she could give us a rough estimate for everything. SHE LOOKS ME IN THE EYES AND SAYS, '' I just told you." How unprofessional and RUDE! I walked out. This woman obviously doesn't care about keeping her business running, nor does she deserve to make a newly engaged couple feel bad about even stepping foot in her store. I do not reccomend.

I probably was in their store for over an hour looking through boxes and boxes of rocks and they answered all my questions and helped me find lots of rare finds. I left with some rocks that I had not seen before...and a gorgeous piece of Tiffany stone -- I will definately be coming back here when I am back up that way...
