Snapped a pic and then, in August, went back in to see if they still had it. It was not in the store but they found the exact clock and ordered it. Couldn't get it to work when we put it up in our kitchen and the sales associates went out of their way to try different batteries, finally replacing my clock happily with a new one. We were looking to find Waterford crystal to help them celebrate. Service is great. A lady who works there was very helpful finding what we were looking for. I've penned a few reviews for Irish shops over the years. This has to be the most Waterford & Belleek collection that I've seen at a shop easily. Charming little shop that is 45 years in business.
