Terrible store and experience. GRAPEVINE IS FRANCHISED and run by an owner with poor business practices. Not honest and doesn't follow corporate guidelines....I have visited for years and had many issues. Last straw with a terrible unprofessional experience last evening. Employee turnover is huge and they all have stories to tell of other employees. Go to ROANOKE STORE! Or Other corporate owned and run store... Be very careful- dishonest and unprofessional! They have a great little tablet that has all their juices listed with descriptions so you don't have to play 30 questions with the staff figuring out a juice you want. I bought a vape from here that doesn't even work. It's supposed to work out of the box and it's my mistake for not trying it in the store before I left. I had an amazing encounter with this Vape shop today. The manager of the store Bethany was very helpful in selecting a good local Vape that they make here in the area. She was very knowledgeable in the Vape industry and most importantly she was kind and patient with my less than stellar knowledge of the industry itself, in short I didn't walk out of there feeling like an idiot :) Being from out of town and running out of juice it was a sight for sore eyes to see such a nice Vape shop close to where I was. The store itself is very clean, neat and organized and not full of the typical clutter that you see another Vape stores. They have an awesome tablet system there to help you select the type of flavor you were looking for which was most impressive. My hat is off to this place and this franchise concept and will visit upon my return to the area. You will not be disappointed visiting this establishment. read more

I decided I wanted to give vaping a try and headed on over to artisan vapors after finding them online. Despite the older strip of buildings they are in the inside of the store is clean with a fresh design and very welcoming. I was immediately greeted by Ally and after admitting I really know nothing about vaping she asked me some questions to get me started. And then I proceeded to ask her a million questions ranging from cost, to value, to general knowledge. Ally was a whiz and really knew her stuff and her patience never wavered despite me being in there an hour before close, and believe me I used that whole hour. She helped me pick a nice setup, including helping me find my favorite design and walked me through getting it all set up. They have tablets to help you find the best flavor for you that were neatly organized and even my indecisive self had it narrowed down to 3 flavors pretty quickly. Ally let me sample them all and offered her take which was very helpful. As a side note, I also witnessed several young kids pop in over the hour that I was there and Ally did her due diligence IDing them all and turning away the ones that couldn't provide ID. I work with several younger kids who are already on the vape and really appreciate Ally's commitment to keeping her shop within the law. A great employee for sure. I've found that my desire to chain smoke after a drink doesn't change even with the vape and will be returning to artisan vapors to visit with Ally so she can recommend some great lower nic options to indulge my oral fixation at its worst. I feel confident she and artisan vapors will deliver! Great experience! read more
