I arrived Rome with a Tumi suitcase tapped together by TSA, they had broken the zipper. I needed a new zipper or buy a new suitcase which I didn't want to do. I walked into a luggage store and asked if they fixed luggage, they did not but gave me the name of the above repair shop. They are an authorized repair shop for Tumi, Kipling and Bric's. I took my suitcase to the shop and the gentleman couldn't have been any nicer. He put in a new Tumi zipper and it cost 30 Euro's. And I got the suitcase back in 24 hours! I can't say enough about this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs luggage repair. read more
