I went to Dr Nik for a cracked filling, i was in no pain and just thought I'd get it taken care of before it became a problem. Dr. Nik said a crown was needed and I agreed. One week after after the procedure I started experiencing a dull pain in that area. Dr. Nik said I needed a root canal and suggested a dentist. I can't afford another expensive dentist bill right now. I now have pain daily with headaches and sinus issues. i'm looking for some type of state dentist that's affordable. I have been seeing doctor Samir Nikraz "Dr. Nik" - and I will never go anywhere again. He has been the only doctor who's listened to my pain who is sensitive to my teeth and he doesn't ever charge me for something that I don't need. I have sent multiple people to him in the past, and to his wife Farah, who's also a dental hygienist and no matter care of 100% and then some and everybody I've sent family and friends. There is a reason why I drive 21 miles one way and I have to pay extra for gas and I don't even care. I had a horrible dentist before him and he was able to correct all of the problems that I had from my previous horrible dentist. Having said this other people have come here that I have sent here with the same issue. They had a horrible Dentistry previous to coming to Dr. Nik. His staff is absolutely wonderful. The ladies that take the x-rays for your gentle I have horribly sensitive teeth of many of them are cracked, and I had multiple cavities but only when they needed to be filled. His office staff is wonderful. They will get you in and out very quickly. Having said that they will also do a very thorough job. If I could give more than five stars, I would this entire Office is a rockstar and anybody who comes here will not but the best and professionalism and people who truly care about your health and well-being. I don't enjoy leaving low rating reviews yet I believe it's my duty when I have knowledge others don't. What I value in a dentist is compassion, skill, and integrity. I came initially to get a cleaning. Overall it was fine, no problems and my teeth were clean. What's upsetting is that the dentist had me pay out of pocket for a mouthguard I needed due to teeth grinding rather than bill directly with insurance per my request. He advised there was absolutely no way it would be covered. Long story short, it 100% was. Something has to change with our healthcare system so patients get proper preventative treatment rather than emergency procedures. I believe it starts with doctors and dentists as our advocates not our enemies.Both I, and the dental office had to go through much unnecessary paperwork and waste time to get my money reimbursed. Had he billed insurance initially for me claiming it was a medical necessity, I believe it could have been simpler of a process. Moral of the story, trust your gut when something isn't right and take action despite the hassle. Each person can make a difference and does. read more

Best Dentist around, I've been going to him since I was little! He makes the dentist fun, which is surprising, and speaks to his practice! I refer all my friends here.
