Even though I live less than 3 miles away, he told me the delivery would take 4 hours because they didn't want to drive a moped 2.8 miles. When I expressed my frustration, Angelo offered zero compensation or alternative solutions to actually fulfill the order. Instead, he claimed there was "no manager" available to speak with and told me I should just go re-order through DoorDash or Grubhub. They advertise direct delivery, take your money, refuse to actually provide the service in a reasonable time, and then push you to third-party apps while your initial refund takes days to process. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and a terrible way to run a business. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.
