Recently purchased a 3819080, '02 International 4900 Water Truck from Art's Trucks & Equipment. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews but as for my experience it was fine. I saw the truck on their website and called them. When I arrived the truck was pulled up to the front of the lot, full of fuel with the keys in it ready for my test drive. after they got a copy of my license I test drove it and within 15 minutes he had the paperwork done and I was on my way home with it.
