But, Sean takes it way over any of my abilities. We talked about this board that I had just laying around. I told him I wanted to incorporate my true loves. My wife ok really surfing, skating, and cooking. Sorry Honey. Well we went over a few things and this is the final product that he (mostly) came up with. This board is 6' 9" and had some funky stars. Even out there with my taste. Look for yourself at what Sean transformed this thing into. Amazing in my book. It will make my outdoor kitchen look even more awesome too.

Very small but quaint art display room that show cases the local artists. All the artwork was beautiful but there were a few that caught my eye. Loved the animal window one with the cat and horse and rooster peeping through the window. The use of color was neat as well as the idea. The other one I really was drawn into was the butterfly three piece frames with gold background. Even though this was simple its simplicity caught my eye. Also, I love butterflies. Overall if you happen to go through fscj or happen to catch a show near the theatre I suggest walking through the art room. Definitely cool to see

I actually submitted some of my pottery for an upcoming show, featuring students. A first for me with pottery. I plan to take part in the spring show too. Opening reception for the next show (including my works) is Thursday, November 16th at 5pm- if anyone wants to stop in! Vendors, food trucks, great artists, lively Christmas decor this time, entertainment...it's just a fabulous showcase of what this city has to offer. If I have any constructive advice to make this even better it's simply that it's tough to navigate. I'm sure we missed some of the locations that featured artists because it's just not apparent. We'll be back, but it would be great to have signage and guides to find out where everything is.
