Unfortunately, we weren't as impressed this time. Their work was sub-par and inconsistent. The "electrician" who installed our ceiling fan couldn't figure out how to connect the wires so that the fan and light operate on separate switches. The outlet on our kitchen island is connected to a basement switch. The outlet will not work unless the basement light is on. We didn't realize this at first. My husband called Oscar and told him there was a problem with the outlet. Oscar responded that it was working before. He didn't try to address the issue or set-up a time to stop by. Since then, we've also discovered a plumbing issue. There was no project manager or team lead to review the daily work done by the workers. No one discussed with us what they were working on unless we asked. My husband had to stay on top of them to make sure the job stayed on schedule. There were days when no one came. I believe they were working on another project and ours just wasn't a priority. They get 3 stars because our kitchen is complete and so far there's been no other issues. It's also a lesson learned - just because you've used a contractor once, you should still check recent reviews before hiring them again. The cost was reasonable but sometimes it's worth paying more to avoid chaos!

Our roof is probably 20-25 years old so most other contractors woulda just declared us needing a new roof and charged a lot of $$, but Ammar was straight up with us and said what the issue were and we would not need a new roof replacement, he said with just a bit of know how and a days work he could fix things and we could avoid a hefty cost. He was able to come out a few days later and fixed all of our problems for a reasonable price. He even repaired some flashing and cleaned our gutters for us! We'll definitely call A&B again for any future repairs.

They showed up on time and completed the job in the time frame that was given to me. The lead worker, Daniel, was very courteous, respectful, and answered all of my questions. He gave me a print-out as to the work that was performed which matched exactly to the proposal. As a widow, I was a little nervous about taking on such a large project. Threw down shingles that slapped against the house (didn't put a tarp down against the house) and left black marks all over the side of house. Had another major issue with an original area that prompted me to call them originally. Didn't address the original problem and shingled right over it leaving the same unsightly appearance. When asked why this wasn't addressed and fixed at the time of laying the shingles son and father team gave poor excuses and kept absolving themselves from any responsibility. Did offer to fix it at a cost over 2,000. to "fix" it. Question was why didn't they address it before replacing the shingles! Avoided direct answer and kept repeating pat answers. Result: It looks as bad as it did before the roofing was done! Totally unacceptable to charge me over 15,000 and leaving me extremely stressed over this! CONSUMER BEWARE of doing business with this company!
