There is honestly no reason to order tires online when I can order 4 sets of decent tires for around $400; not to mention they take VAT forms. They seem to operate on appointments, so make sure you get penciled in weeks in advance, as sometimes there may be a huge wait as most Germans switch out their tires consistently with the whole summer/winter tires thing.

I was in such a panic, with the help of my hubby, I searched for 'Car Battery' in Yelp and this place was number 2 but had 1 extra review over the first place venue, so I gave this one a try. When my husband and I drove here, they kindly helped us figure out which battery my car needed. They could've easily had us go into their shop and charge us to pay for the battery and installation but the gentleman was so kind that he quoted us the price for a new battery with use of the VAT form and even lended us a tool to install the battery ourselves!!! They were so kind that we fixed the issue of this craziness within less than 30 minutes from the time we arrived. This is definitely our stop for our car needs, thank you ATU!

We weren't quite sure where to park and so looked a little confused as we got out of the vehicle. He met us outside and asked if I was the one who called. He took one look at the door and told us to take it back to the rental place. It looked like the heat had caused the piece to pop off and we shouldn't have to pay him or them to fix it. I was grateful for his honesty and direct advise. Now back to Hertz to see how that goes.

I need a fog light lens for my car because the safety inspectors won't pass my car for the crack EVEN though the light works (yes, crazy I know), when I came here for a quote they are told me the the price to order the lens was $250!!! Can you believe that? Just for the lens!!! The other part I found ridiculous was that they said they do NOT install any part they order because they will not take liability for any damage to the car. So please tell me, what is this store for? They can order you tires, order you parts at dealership prices and not even install it for you? That's crazy! Never coming here again, and I don't recommend anyone else to either. I looked on light for a lens cover and found an entire fog light assembly for only $67.31. Yeah, no need for this store, AmazonPrime is the way to go!

If you are looking to be lied to, ignored, and fleeced then this is the place for you! It took several physical trips to the service department, phone calls, and emails over the space of a full month before I finally got an answer about my warranty claim. The claim was for paint flaking and bubbling off multiple places on my less than a year old, straight from the factory, MINI. Though I was told to my face that this is absolutely not normal, and is very clearly not "because of rocks", the answer I got a month later was this... "Unfortunately, they have not approved the "good will" request from us for a repair. The reason they have declined is that the paint chips were originated through external factors, i.e. stone-chipping." Unless I quite literally drove through a gravel road at full speed, repeatedly, I find that hard to believe. And this was never about "good will"- this is about a brand new vehicle which appears to be bottom of the barrel quality. Based on previous and similarly horrible interactions with this location, I honestly believe they either did not actually submit the warranty claim, or were just incredibly nonchalant in explaining the damage to the warranty office. Either way, this place is trash. Take your money and your time somewhere else.

Their inventory was really random and the sales staff was very lackluster. There are a lot better dealerships around that same area.
