I've used this firm twice and both times I've had outstanding service. He arrived very quickly to address a plumbing emergency, and was very efficient and identified and solved the problem with no messing around. I've also called them out on a Bank Holiday as well and was very helpful then too. On the second job, the first plumber I called out advised that I would need very costly repairs doing, but luckily I sought Ascot Services as a second opinion and he showed me how the problem could be fully repaired in a way that would save me a lot of money. They also tidy up after themselves and take any rubbish created with them when they leave, which is much appreciated. I seriously recommend using these guys. read more
