I have used this store since it opened and can honestly say that it is going down hill very fast.
Firstly, i ordered 2 cd's from asda direct, i requested that these items be delivered to store, and i was told that i would receive an e mail when they arrived. On the day that i was supposed to of had the items i telephoned the store as i had not recevied an e mail, i was informed that they had not been delivered and no other deliveries were expected that day. I then had to telephone customer services who stated that they would ring the store and contact me back, they did not. I then telephoned again 4 hours later, the lady i spoke to said again i will need to contact the store and will ring you back. This time she did and informed me that they were at the store, i went to the store and spoke with a lady at the collection area, who stated that they had actually been in store for 3 days and no one had bothered to log them on the system, hence no e mail.
Secondly, i sometimes order groceries on line to be delivered to my home address, on one occasion after the items had been delivered i noticed that all my dry goods had not been delivered, i contacted the store and had to go to the store to pick the items up, so what is the point of paying for home delivery when you have to go to the store to pick up items that they have forgot to deliver.
Lastly, This morning i have gone to asda walmart at 7am to get petrol before i go to work, i sat waiting for 10 minutes and they still had not opened the pumps, a man in a car next to me got out and went and asked what time she would be opening, he was told not for at least another 15 minutes. i was extremley angry at this as it wasnt the first time this had happened and i had to go out of my way to work to go to sainsburys to get petrol, which made me late for work and is more expensive,
I feel that this store really needs to get there act together before more customers start shopping elswhere. read more
