I went with a friend to have a house designed by the "house design specialist" who is a piece of work. The experience consisted of him explaining what he wanted in the house and then being told by the apathetic design guy that he will find a layout in his files and that would be similar and would have to do for the house plans. Wait, someone wants to build a 350,000 dollar house and you are going to wing it based on some old designs. If he wanted that lack of effort, we could buy plans on the internet much cheaper than the 1000 - 1500 dollars required for a half-assed approach. Second experience was today as I was driving to a meeting in North Platte and exited the interstate. I saw a young white male driving a Carhart Lumber embossed truck speeding around two cars at a stop light and then spending an exorbitant effort to flip off a driver and gesture the "you wanna fight" universal arm movement. What a class organization. You employ incompetent/untrained house designers and employees who flip the bird and want to fight people at stop lights. Glad we have Builders Warehouse in Kearney that is truly a great organization. Not hard to understand why North Platte is a dying city. Stay classy Carhart.

We wanted to find a contractor for a bathroom and kitchen remodel which probably would be about $200,000. Guess your business does not need the money.
