The smell makes me feel sick and reminds me of a public bathroom. They insisted it doesn't smell but I've gotten some other people to smell it, and they agreed it was obvious and rancid smelling. Especially when wearing it, it becomes more obvious with body heat. Having to now to bolt to another dry cleaner and get them to fix their mistakes before I fly overseas. I had a large dry cleaning order of 6 items including a wool winter coat. When I collected the…read moreitems and was putting them away at home, I noted the sash belt for my coat was not returned. After checking all possible options at home /in car/ in car park outside dry cleaner, I contacted the dry cleaner to ask if they could please check to see if it was left behind (which was not an issue. Accidents happen.) I was informed it was returned and that it was my fault it was missing. No efforts were made to assist me, and no acknowledgement was made that an error may have happened in their process. They were rude, arrogant and not customer focussed in any way. A more assistive approach would have appeased me, but shifting blame to me when I know I was not at fault is intolerable. They have lost my business, and I happily share my negative experience with all locals I speak to. I would strongly discourage you from using this service.
