Andrea suggested poses and would offer advice throughout the shoot without making me feel like I was doing something totally off. We had nice chats about life during the shoot too, which made it feel like I was just hanging out with my buddy. I've never felt so confident and so relaxed while getting pictures taken. During the reveal session, I was shocked to see that I liked every single picture she showed me. Typically, I will always find something about myself I hate, but I was blown away. When I had the pictures taken it was amazing. The results were less than amazing. I did feel a bit like I was put on the spot during the photo reveal and had to say how much I loved them. Honestly they just looked generic. Worst part is I thought my husband would love them and I was being overly critical of pictures of myself, judging myself unfairly. After giving them to him for Valentine's day I could tell he didn't care much for them. He kept saying how great they were but his reactions were enough to confirm he thought the same about them as I did. I really wish I could leave 2.5 stars as the experience itself was fantastic, just not the results I was hoping for.
