I applied to live here and I paid my 250$ deposit and also my prorated rent amount and signed my lease. Upon signing my lease I never got to see the apartment or even one like it. RED FLAG #1 The day I got the keys they told me it was being finished up today. New flooring and Carpet and they where doing the last bit of cleaning. I go to check out the apartment later on that evening and omg. It was disgusting. It smelled horrible. There was holes in the doors pieces of the counter hanging off, bug droppings (roaches) in the light fixtures. Broken blinds and so much MORE. And let's not forget the broken stair leading to the apt which is a SAFTY HAZARD. I have photos. I saw the 2 property managers (daughter and father) in a unit across from mines. I WAS IN TEARS on the phone with my mom telling them how it was not ready and how I could have stayed at my current place. The daughter ANDY or whatever her name is looked me dead in the eye and said we GAVE YOU NEW CARPET AND TILES. And I told her that wasn't the issue it was everything else. Well because I am a young black mother not on SECTION 8 Or housing I'm not going to settle for some raggedy Apt. she said well it just seems like whatever we do to this apartment you won't be happy so just come back Monday and we will terminate your lease. Which is insane because I had already submitted a 30 notice at my current place and was expected to be moved out at the end of the month. So this company inconvenienced me and my family like no other. I go first thing Monday morning and THEY had already terminated my lease and filed for me a refund. And of course I was not mad about it I just wanted to let corporate know how this property is being ran. I searched high and low to find who owns this property and they aren't helpful at all I called Monday and didn't hear back from anyone until Friday and that was after I called and got the CEO voicemail and brought up legal actions. Needless to say this place is GARBAGE. Don't even get me started on how nasty the actual outside of the property is. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. But don't take it from me see for your self. Drive around the full complex and see how unkept it really is.

Lead pipes, which they don't tell you about. Kitchen is so outdated that it is literally falling apart. The bathroom tile and shower have huge holes in it. They refuse to fix anything. My house has been broken into 12 times since moving in. Drunk neighbors yell, throw things, and trash the shared back yard. It is definitely not a place to raise children or to live. Highly would not recommend to anyone.
