The carpet is great and was installed and fitted to a really high standard. When we decided to go with SolarFixNI, We grilled them about the tile movement in the roof, which was quickly satisfied with an email back 10 minutes later showing photo's of how the tiles were moved, the brackets fixed, and the tiles replaced. From deciding to appoint SolarFixNI for the job, to the panels being installed was only a week, and the fitters were on site at 8 and complete by mid-day. I have to say my wife wasn't keen on the thought of getting the panels installed.... but they're the best damn panels in the street! The Inverter, cabling everything was exceptionally neat and tidy - I nearly want them back to install that battery backup system! Best Investment!

If road conditions were very icy, like we have had this winter, yes, I would hesitate to negotiate that very steep road, though I wouldn't be surprised if the owners didn't grit the road themselves! When I was needing to buy pots and plants for a large courtyard in a holiday complex, I compared quite a number of local garden centres with regard to price, choice, and customer service. The Landscape Centre won hands down. Their choice of pots and plants was better than anywhere else, their prices on a par with all the others, and the service outstanding. In other places I had to follow staff around asking questions; even though I made it clear that I was interested in buying quite a lot, they barely answered my questions before turning away. At the Landscape Centre, I not only was given educated advice, for no extra charge they potted the plants for me, as it was too heavy a job for me and I had no assistance at work, and for a £5 fee they delivered everything, the same day, and placed them exactly where I needed them. Whenever I need anything for the garden, I don't waste my time even considering anywhere other than the Landscape Centre, and no, I don't own shares in their business!

I love lamp. I love…read morechandelier. I love light. Ok enough, Reflections is a lighting shop (Did you guess?) in Ballyclare town Square. It stocks a mind boggling array of lights (who knew there could be that many?) in a multitude of shapes, styles, colours, prices etc. The man who owns the shop is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though we didn't buy anything, and I'll admit now, we weren't even thinking about it, he chatted away to us until we felt it was a little unfair to him and decided to make tracks. If I am ever in need of a new light or lamp shade then I'll be back here, even if it is just to make up for the poor guys lost time on us clueless, window (or is that light) shopping ladies. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and more than happy to talk you through your options, prices are competitive. I recommend visiting the little gift shop where you can pick up some lovely little bargains such as candles and ornaments!

Generally they have carpets on the roll at very good prices and it is usual for the prices to be keener on what's in stock. I have and do shop around to see what 's on offer but I must admit I more often than not end up coming back to Martin Phillips as he's local I can save on delivery. They do have a range of wooden flooring on display but I have never purchased any so don't know how they would compare. Being local means I find them useful for all those carpeting and flooring accessories; edging strips, saddles, etc.
