My mother passed away in June of 2025 me and my father paid For her etching on her headstone. He purchased the headstone from this Company Many years ago.. To this day we have not had any resolution. Whenever I call Patty she always says he's workin on them now. I ask for an update and I get ghosted. This is totally unacceptable.. I have begged her to have the man finish her etching and nothing!!!!! All my daddy wants is To see the date of her forever resting date before he passes and this infuriates me.. This is sad that a company would do people in their time of sadness. take advantage is all they did is have messages a copy of the contract and even stopped by there when I go to Ashland and it's always closed during the week.. Horrible people they lie just to steal your money. Took 7 months of dealing with lies to get my mom's headstone. They don't answer phone never show up on time. Have after hours number on door and they changed there number so nobody can get ahold of they. They take advantage of people in there time of grief. If I could leave a negative review, I would. By far the worst business I've ever communicated with. All we needed was the death date added to the headstone, it was paid for a year ago, June 2025. PATTY GUARANTEED at the beginning of April that it would be completed NO LATER than Memorial Day. Here we are, still not completed. PATTY will screen your calls if she knows you are a repeat caller, so just call off someone else's phone if you need an update. Their excuse is always that the contract says "not responsible for delays outside of our control" but that is their excuse in order to STEAL from you and never complete the work. We were told today it may not be done until the FALL now. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a business dealing with grieving families. read more

I had a very similar experience as the other reviewer. My mom prepaid for her headstone. Everything was engraved except the date of death. The person in the office refused help and wanted to charge $285 to engrave a date of death. She was extremely rude and when I called she has refused to return my phone calls. Took 6 months and several weekly calls to get my moms death date on her monument and then it was not lined up correctly. Would NEVER recommend this place. read more

This place is a nasty bunch of thieves and frauds. We contacted them in December 2017 when my grandma passed to have the date engraved on the tombstone she shares with my Grandfather. My mother paid in full in March and we were assured it would be done before May. Today was the memorial and not only did they NOT do the engraving, Patty will not answer our phone calls. We had people come in from SC, PA, and even Japan and this "Patty " dumped all our calls to voicemail. If you want to give hundreds of dollars to an unprofessional, shady thief and liar, by all means this is the place. Truly disappointed not only that they stole the money and didn't do the job, but then to dodge phone calls? I hope this helps someone else realize what kind of character this place has and goes somewhere, anywhere else. read more
