And they did not cancel the lien on the property. Bruce McManus told me that it is NOT their job to cancel the payments or to remove the lien. It boggles me mind how fast they want you in and the fees you need to pay for this process and then they leave you out to dry. The bank sent back a payment by error a few years ago. Bruce McManus called the lady up at the bank and was belligerent to her. She was so upset. He was also extremely rude to me regarding it. He treats you knowing you couldn't get a loan from a bank and that as a desperate person you go to places like the mortgage centre and pay extremely high interest like you are crap on his shoes.
