My husband and I were in the Brandon store this afternoon. There were a few glitches in us being able to get exactly what we wanted. BUT, the manager and staff were absolutely awesome. They did everything in their power to get us exactly what we wanted and today, to boot! We walked out, very happy customers with smiles on our faces. What a nightmare came down to the store to order a TV stand which was $1,600 brought it home to find out it was a completely different color even though the sales people told me it was the same I called customer service 56 hours after purchase and they wouldn't do anything not even an exchange so I went down to the store spoke to Kyle the manager he said he was going to do what he can and he didn't do anything at all so now I'm stuck with this piece so everybody know beware of this store by the way even if they do a return or an exchange they charge you 10% restocking fee shame on you Ashley read more

Will NEVER RECOMMEND ASHLEY homestore to anyone! NEVER! 1. My parents ordered a bed in October and they said it will be delivered first week of November, then got delayed, so they had follow- up in December, then they said ""MAYBE January 6". So my dad asked if he can just cancel the order then they said YES. So my dad followed up again about the money and they said they're going to charge him 10% for "STORAGE FEE" for a product we never received. 2. We also ordered reclining set and one of the chairs got delivered damaged with scratches. It took them weeks with multiple pictures sent to them! Initially, we were told they're going to send a new one. Then they phoned again saying they are going to fix the scratches instead of sending a new one. We paid to get a brand new chair, not a damaged/scratched one. We were told that it wasn't their fault it got scratched during delivery. Well it wasn't our fault either!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING. This is our first time purchasing furnitures from Ashley and will never do it again. read more

The Ashley store in Brandon was amazing! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They helped me find exactly what I wanted with a great price to boot.
