If I could rate my experience shopping there a negative I would give them a -10. Went shopping for a sectional during the boxing day mark-down sale and spotted one I liked when walking around with the sales person. He said all they had was the floor model and it was discontinued but he could give me a good price on the floor model. He came back and said $1100 but I had to buy it by the end of the day for that price. It sounded great and I was considering if it would fit in my space, when he said, just a moment he had to check something. He came back and said so sorry, but he made a mistake, it was two pieces so would cost $2300 but they had some in the warehouse and he would give me a brand new one for that price. I liked it so said ok. When I went to pay, I was passed off to another sales person who struggled with entering it in the computer and they had a discussion about something being wrong. I said I would go do an errand and come back in 30 minutes. The original sales man was around when I came back and I spoke to him, and he asked how I was doing, I said you tell me, is everything alright? He said it would be and walked past and gave me a bottle of water and dissapeared, not to be seen again. Now a third salesperson got involved and said that the sectional I wanted was actually four pieces and they were $1100 each piece, that being full retail price. So much for boxing day sales! Which made me think, none of the furniture was marked with a marked-down price? So in the end I got jerked around for over two hours over a sectional with a price that went from $1100 to $4400 before I could buy it. Talk about bait and switch! Disgraceful service.
