    Terrible customer service, Terrible Quality. Our sofa and love seat has saggy cushions. They replaced them THREE times and then since all three times, within a week, the cushions failed again and looked like they were 10 years old, they replaced the sofa and love seat. I have hours of my time wasted by this incompetent company. They delivered 2 hours late! Go to Costco.

    I am really disappointed with this Ashley homestore location I've purchased my furniture over 2 months ago was told due to COVID they are running behind but can get the furniture to me in 6 weeks. Well guess what? 6 weeks later , not even a phone call!! I call them, customer service people who e no idea!! I walk into store, they have no idea but send me home telling me they will look into it and call me back Guess what!! I call back After trying to call about 5 times , Linda answers. They can maybe get me furniture by end of month. Maybe!! So I ask her to tell me what furniture is available to give me right away!! She tells me she will call me back. Guess what!! No call back. Now I called yesterday and today!!! No answer!!! Just rings and drops the call. I've called 5 times today and 5 times yesterday No I've got to go into store to see what's going on!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!!! (Update) Went I yesterday and spoke with Joyce - store manager. Again they do not answer phone because Linda did not go in to work. I was advised that Linda worked 7 days in a row and she needed time off. But after reading these reviews she does not work on Tuesdays or Wednesday's. Sad to hear this company who has lots of sales people taking peoples orders and money!! Every day of the week, only had 1 person handling the process of the orders! This tells me all they care about is stealing customers money!! This is stealing because they don't care and will not do anything to give you the product that you purchased! Joyce actually told me she wished she can magically make my furniture appear!! Seriously!! What kind of manager says that??? What kind of business is this ?? Joyce promised me that Linda would be there today and she will make sure Linda gets my message and also the manager on duty today. I should get a call today after 1pm Guess what? No call!! They do not care. I called again 3 times. No answer. Just rings and you get disconnected. So I had to drive to store again! They have a sign at the counter telling you their is no management available. I still wait, a man comes out who claims to be another store manager. He tried to help but nothing he could do because Linda did not go in to work again. Again only Linda can help??? Still no furniture. Still no idea if I can ever get the furniture, an based on everyone's review I don't know if they will give me a refund?? I was told Linda will be in at 1030am tomorrow. Now I have to go in again!!! I just cannot believe this!!! Went in yesterday

    Did bought furniture set back on 03/07/2023. Table, chairs and 2 sofas. Order arrived later wrong, as the table was different color. Spent few days on the phone to get it fixed, few weeks after received a table in the preferred color, but damaged. Delivery guys made pictures upon the delivery of the damaged table and told me to keep it as they cannot help. Called multiple times to the Customer Service, without any luck. Every time they are telling that someone will reach you and nobody does. Got in touch with the store manager Berenice and salesman Tim, they are telling same thing that someone will suppose to call me. No call, no emails. Paid money and received damaged items. Spend over a month to get it resolved without any luck. Ridiculously bad service, nobody cares about you. DO NOT BUY nothing from them as they will even not pick up the phone from you as soon as you will pay and leave their store!

    I am writing this review for two separate experiences & transactions we had with Ashley Furniture as a whole. Both furniture purchases were through the Bolingbrook, IL location. The staff at this location was friendly for both purchases but due to the warehouse, delivery and customer service experience, I will NOT be doing business with Ashley Furniture again. Their furniture is cheaply made- especially for the price. Their bedroom furniture is not a long term furniture choice and chips easily. Our bed frame was assembled without support beams. Once they've made the sale and you hand over your money, you're on your own. October 2018: We purchased and financed the Effie bedroom furniture set. We bought a queen bed frame with storage drawers underneath, two nightstands and a 6 drawer dresser. Our salesman we had during our experience were extremely nice and to the point. We knew exactly what we wanted and it was an easy process. We were told about the Ashley financing and incentives but we ended up using the Progressive Leasing service instead. Our salesman was not pushy about the Ashley financing and accepted that we were not interested. I was very impressed with their knowledge and explanations of the leasing vs financing through Ashley options. We were extremely happy until months later when we bought a new mattress from Ashley Furniture. Both of our backs were hurting so we bought a new mattress even though the current one was purchased in August of 2018 via another furniture store. My brother looked at our queen bed set because I complained that our mattress was sinking in already and wanted to get it all set up for our new mattress delivery. Turns out, our bed frame was missing critical assembly pieces per the manual I found online- SUPPORT BEAMS & 8 screws so the slats assembled were sliding and bent. I called Ashley as soon as we discovered this (months later) & experienced the worst customer service I've had in my entire my life (no exaggeration) via the corporate headquarters. I was extremely calm and explained the situation. I said we were missing pieces for our furniture and asked if the warehouse would have any parts we would be able to pick up. They diminished me and actually YELLED at me because it over a year later that we realized. They said why are you calling about this now, you should have known when they assembled it. There is a reason I paid for delivery and assembly service, I am trusting Ashley's brand to deliver the product I ordered and assemble it correctly. It was never brought to our attention at the time of delivery and assembly. Turns out, they hire out delivery / assembly service. The store manager couldn't help us after my customer service phone call, I was told it was out of their hands. We ended up buying our own parts and building a frame to support our mattress for about $40. 2nd April 2021: We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Our saleswoman was EXTREMELY helpful and informative. I know it's a sale at the end of the day but she really went above and beyond to make sure we were making the right choice for the price and explaining the different models and benefits. They offered a 90 no questions asked trial period for our mattress if we bought the $300 cooling cover for our Tempur-Pedic. I thought it was a lot at first but it was worth every penny spent and love the cover and mattress. I've had zero back pain since we switched to the new mattress. This time they were pushy with the Ashley financing. It was not 0% interest and we wanted to pay in full but they kept pushing it as well at the mattress department manager. Our delivery was scheduled on a Tuesday with window of 6 hours & I took off of work to be home. 15 minutes before the cutoff, I called for a status update. The mattress never made it on the truck for delivery. I understand mistakes happen and the transportation manager was extremely apologetic. We live about 10 miles from the distribution warehouse but they wanted to reschedule it for the following week. It was a mattress so it was urgent that we received our delivery ASAP. They delivered it first thing Thursday morning. I waited quite a while to post this review but after thinking on it, I wanted to inform other consumers that could be considering Ashley Furniture. I hope this review helps someone else make their final decision on furniture.

    TOO BAD!!! I have had numerous issues with my $8000 bed…read morepurchased at the sleep number bed in Bolingbrook. First, I bought a model P5 split bed and was informed that I have 100 days to trial the bed. A few weeks after the purchase, I started having issues with the bed dipping in the middle. I called the call center who advised me to get a mattress with thicker padding which was $2000 additional. I purchased it the I8 mattress as recommended but the problem persisted. I called back to the call center a few weeks later but was informed that by upgrading from a P5 to an I8 was equal to a FINAL sale. I was given 100 days to trial the P5 but ZERO days to trial the I8. They said it was on my invoice. For something this SIGNIFICANT (an exchange), I think it should be made clear to EVERY customer rather than couching it in legalese. More importantly when I called and was advised to upgrade to I8, it was another opportunity to reiterate to me that by upgrading it will result in a finale sale but that never happened. I believe this is intentional and THEY DO THIS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. IT IS WRONG AND FOLKS SHOULD BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM SLEEP NUMBER BED. I asked for a mattress that only splits at the top but was told my sale was FINAL. I reached out to the president of the corporation via LinkedIn but she asked the office staff to call me to say my sale was final. If this was not a SCAM they should have a made it a point to advise every customer that if they switch their mattress it will result in a FINAL sale rather than putting it in small prints expecting customers to read it and quick to say "It's on your receipt". Even the "comfortability team" (installers) who were sent to assess the bed were shocked to hear that their company was unwilling to give us what we want. $8000 for a bed that hurts my back every time I wake up is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

    DON'T BUY IT!!! First of all my order got screwed up, wanted a split king sized bed, was delivered…read morea single king sized, I was asked to pay additional $340 after they screwed up my order. Then Spring 2014, the mattress has issues of sliding off the base...was asked to pay $180 for tech to come out to fix bed. This is after already paying $7k out of pocket in Fall 2013. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM EVER NEITHER REFERRING ANYONE TO THEN LIKE I WAS GOING TO.
