Do not buy anything from Ashely if you like your money. They have horrible quality and customer service. Please check out Ashley furniture reviews on the better business bureau (BBB) and search for the groups on Facebook that have horrible service and issues with Ashely. This is an absolute horrible organization and even worse quality in their products. You will regret buying from them! Once you buy and it's delivered to your home you are stuck with it no matter what. Don't buy the extended warranty because they do not honor it!! We ordered furniture in November in hopes to get it by March. Well no such luck to start with. Part came in May. Never got the side rails for our bed. Had to go with an after market so we could get our bed put together. I had two pieces of furniture left to receive and it finally came in beginning of August. I had ordered a dresser and matching chest. But when I got the bill the chest was almost $1700.00. That was not the price when I ordered it, but could find the info so I had to make a quick decision because they wanted paid to deliver. So I switched to a different chest in my price range so I could get my clothes off the floor. Good thing I was home because they were going to leave my dresser and chest the two pieces in the driveway. Of course it rained over 2" an hour after they left. Then I was going back through my paperwork and found the original Chest I had ordered. It was on sale for $639.00 and not $1700.00. The chest I chose on line does not match my furniture in my rush to pay them. So what would you do. I'm asking that they get me the original chest for $639.00 that they were trying to bait and switch for $1700.00 and pick up the other chest. I've emailed Robert Mullen now 3 times requesting that they need to make things right. Haven't heard from him yet. Other that the chest for $1700.00 they now don't have. My experience thus far is not anywhere near a favorable rating. read more

I bought two light tables and a mattress from the Jefferson City store. That's why it's so incredible that they damaged my home with such an easily delivery. I keep getting promises that they will pay for the damage but its been 4 weeks now with nothing done. To top that off, the store manager, Evan was extremely rude to me and refused to give me the information to reach someone at a higher level to get this resolved. The furniture is expensive and decent quality. The lack of respect for the customer and their customer's property is absolutely atrocious. I wouldn't go on the store even if they offered me free stuff. It's not worth damaging your home. I'm still trying to reach a regional manager or someone to get this resolved and to let them know how Evan speaks to customers in his store. BUYER BEWARE. read more

I'm not from Missouri but decided to visit this location to get some ideas on furniture and to see if I could possibly order from this location and have it sent to Florida. They weren't able to do it, but let me tell you why I gave this store 5 stars. It was because of this amazing associate Deborah. She was such a sweetheart. When I told her what I was trying to do, she still walked around the store with me and talked to me as if she were going to make a big commission from my purchase. I told her I wish they could get commission from our online order because any other sales associate would have just walked away. She stayed with me. I really appreciated her treating me like I was important even though I wasn't able to buy from the store and have it shipped to Florida. He showed me the large touchscreen "computer" so I could see all Ashley stock, rather than just what was in the store. Went to Ashley Furniture last Wednesday to purchase a new sofa. I found one that I really like and decided to purchase it. I have never in my life purchased a sofa that cost this much but was wanting something nice that would last. The first thing that went wrong was when they were checking me out and finishing everything up they start to send me out the door without a delivery date. I proceeded to ask when it was going to be delivered and she looks at me and says oh your salesman didn't set that up? Uhh no so we end up setting it up for Saturday. Saturday comes and around noon I'm wondering why no one has been in contact with me so I reached out to them for them to tell me the truck is full we won't be able to deliver until Wednesday. So I take an extra day off to make sure I'm home for delivery. Here we are Wednesday and the truck shows up with the wrong sofa. I am beyond upset because I have now got rid of all my old furniture and have guests coming into town for Labor Day. I waited 4 hours with no calls so reached out to them. They don't seem to worried that I have been inconvenienced over and over again. read more

After spending over $4000 dollars the company has continued to avoid helping me or answering my question. I have been lied to several times. After dealing with their "customer service" people several times I just gave up. I was told if they could do anything for me to call. So being told that I called to ask about some extra legs for slat support under the bed. I was told I would have to go to the store to get the legs and they would be a little under $6. So I was in Jeff City and went into the store. I was told that was a "parts issue" and they don't carry parts, and are not sure where I can get them. So they got on the phone made a call and found out that the $6 leg was actually $37.50 each!! So I didn't even ask about shipping because I was have a mild heart attack in shock. I was also told they "don't have any parts that price". Don't set foot in this place unless you have money in hand and can't find what you want anywhere else. Expect lies, and no service after the sale. read more
