She worked with me to get exactly what I want and is insurance savvy. All questions were positively answered. The experience couldn't be better in my eyes. If you want to stop asking "what?" or "huh?" too many times a day, this is the place to help you out. I can highly recommend it based on my experience. Anyway, the hearing aid sell job started before I was even seated in the test booth (interesting) and continued until I left. I was curious enough to ask for a price quote and/or even a price range for their products and couldn't get an answer. All in all, not an overly positive or comfortable experience. I did get what I went there for, which was a baseline hearing test result, so at least that was good.

Dr. Dimmick made each visit so relaxing and joyful actually, that I knew right away I had made the right decision. She is sweet and kind and truly goes out of her way to make your experience a great one. Her concern for me, as a person, is genuine! So when I heard the office in Ames where she worked in, was bought out by another company, just 1 brief year after I made this leap... I was heartbroken. I did give the new office a shot because Ames is convenient for me. However, after 5 visits, it's just awful, NO customer service from the staff and none from the doctor. They truly make me feel that I am just a #, they do not care about my hearing needs and definitely do not want my business. When you make the decision to invest in hearing aids, it's a huge financial and time investment and until now, I didn't realize how important it is knowing that your doctor cares about you is! And just how great it is to finally hear and have a doctor that is just as excited for me too!! Jessica remembers my name, greets me with a smile and goes way above and beyond what any other doctor ever has for me. She makes sure my hearing needs are met before I ever walk out the door! I am a working mom of 3 and have to use vacation time for each visit and she makes each one count. Meeting her has been a huge a blessing for me that I will forever be grateful for~

When he got there, he was greeted by a staff that was overly excited... apparently just for his dollars. Fast forward a bit, and after shelling $5400 (yes, over $5k) for devices that just have audio playing wave sounds (in other words you could just put a wave track on your phone/airpods and save $5400), he was never provided with the right insurance codes necessary for reimbursement. After countless efforts to hear back from the clinic, they simply never communicated. After about 6 months, they finally decided to respond with a written agreement which stated that if those devices were returned to the clinic, and any "talk" online about his experience was deleted, he would get a full refund. Lies... It's been several weeks since the devices were returned, and not only has he not received the promised (and legally agreed upon) refund, but the clinic once again is not replying to emails. Hope Hearing & Tinnitus is a total scam, from top to bottom. And the real problem is at the top. Save your dollars & go elsewhere.
