The waitress doesn't accept "piecemeal" orders (like ordering the appetizer first, then leisurely choosing the main course to order it afterwards). Everything has to go fast, because there are other guests who also wait to be stressed. Simply because it was the easiest option under the circumstances and I was completely overwhelmed by the pressure from the waitress, I ordered just a miso soup. It was OK.
