For a moment I thought that was back the States and dining in a Chinatown restaurant. This place is quite authentic as in being Chinese in all regards. The boss won't hesitate to drop by the kitchen and get his hand dirty. And they don't offer you made-up Chinese cuisines, which many restaurants do. You can understand each and every dish by google its name. Kinda tricky but it helps.
