Out third time to visit and our first review. I had the egg drop soup which was the perfect temperature. It also had a great flavor and the correct amount of sodium. I also ordered the shrimp tempura. The coating was the right thickness and the shrimp was nice and tender. Not sure how they got the bubble coating look, but it was a nice touch. My lunch entree was the chicken with noodles. The chicken was tender all white meat and lots of it. The noodles were cooked perfectly. All the vegetables were fresh. We will be back for a 4th visit! Alright Asian food. The ramen was not particularly flavorful and just came with bits of chicken in it, there are no other options such as roast pork. The noodles were good and the right consistency. Also got the Asian bites appetizer, everything was deep fried and the chicken spring rolls were particularly greasy, the other stuff tasted pretty good. I may try them again in the future since they are close by and the prices aren't bad, but haven't tried anything that truly grabbed me yet. read more

This small business is very good and probably doesn't get the recognition it deserves. We've been to this location several times, but if you don't live in the area, you would never know about this spot because it's very tucked away. Today we felt like fried rice so my husband ordered the shrimp fried rice, and I got the kimchi fried rice with tofu. I also wanted to try their salt and pepper fried tofu while my husband opted for the gyoza. We started with soup and appetizers which were all very good. I was shockingly impressed with the fried tofu dish, it's amazing. The shrimp were all plump and cooked to perfection. They were not stingy with their proteins. I didn't care for my kimchi fried rice but that's my fault because I kind of stepped outside of my comfort zone. We ended with the sesame balls, which are fantastic. Sometimes we'll stop here just for sesame balls on the way home. The dining area is very small and clean. We've never actually eaten in, we always bring it home and it's always fresh and piping hot. We ordered Asian Box (AB) for takeout during the great "Stay Home" movement to slow the spread of COVID-19. No pictures, though, because we were observing strict sanitation methods and there was too many logistics involved to struggle with snapping pictures. I used the app to order online and, though the ordering process was seamless, the fact that I couldn't take advantage of their rewards program was the only letdown. We ordered the 2 meat combo meals because everyone was able to choose their favorite entrees along with a side of white or fried rice (noodles were a $2 upcharge), and an egg roll. Our four specials came with a free item, so we chose 2 additional egg rolls. I ordered our food to be picked up an hour later and, though I got stuck in traffic on the way to pick it up, the friendly employee called me on the dot to let me know it was ready. When I arrived, she had a mask on and our food was tightly packed in disposable bags with all of the accoutrements we would need to replicate a stay and eat meal. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and even thanked me for supporting them during this rough patch. When I arrived home, we served ourselves and were happy to find the food was still piping hot. The GEN Tso chicken was among the best I've had. The beef from the Beef and Broccoli had an odd texture, so it wasn't my favorite. The fried rice was bit underwhelming as it didn't have the veggies I've come to expect in a classic fried rice. The egg rolls were perfect. Our other foods, Mongolian beef, Pepper and Onion Shrimp, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Lemon Chicken, and Black Pepper Chicken were all well received for their flavor and the fact that the sauces were tasty. For our family of four, we paid 68.00 (which includes tax, a convenience fee that was tacked on and a tip). We'll will return to AB if only because of our pleasant experience, but definitely because the food was delicious. read more

I went to this place the week they opened and I got tofu vegetable lomein and besides oil at the bottom it had good flavor. Tonight I ordered a large general tso tofu meal. It came with two scoops of rice that was a little dry even for white rice, one piece of broccoli, and very little sauce on the tofu. I don't understand why there would be two scoops of rice with the meal and no vegetables. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed in my purchase tonight. We were looking for something new to try for lunch. We'd heard about Asian Bites on our neighborhood Facebook page and my wife suggested we try it. Asian Bites was an excellent choice. My wife picked up our order. While waiting they brought my wife a snack of hot sour soup and some wontons. No charge. Customer service is wonderful. I had hot and sour soup with 2 pick combo of Mongolian Beef and Jalapeño Shrimp. I'm usually a bit meh about Chinese food. But not in the case of Asian Bites. The hot and sour soup was fantastic! Best I've ever had. The Mongolian Beef was savory , with great taste. The sauce on the jalapeño shrimp was scrumptious with just a bit of a spicy kick to it. While my wife also raved about the hot and sour soup she said the sesame shrimp was merely good. She didn't realize the shrimp would be breaded. I live outside their delivery radius so I ordered online for a carry out. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was friendly and my order was ready and waiting for me. After reading the reviews I decided to order the special beef with fried rice, beef and broccoli with fried rice and an order of egg rolls. The special beef was horrible. It appeared to be overcooked. The beef was very hard to chew. Not only wAs the meat tough, it had no flavor. The description states the sauce should be sweet and spicy but to me it was not spicy at all. I do not have a high tolerance to spicy food either. We did not eat the special beef due to it being so hard to chew. I will say the beef and broccoli was good and so was the fried rice and egg rolls. This being my first time to try this restaurant and having one of my meals overcooked to the point it was not edible was very disappointing. I decided on 3 stars due to the large portions and the other meal tasting good.
