This will be a regular thing that I do from now on. I had a back injury a year and a half ago and I have had some pain and discomfort ever since then. I must say my appointment was on time and professional. Rida is a true master at doing natural hair!! Her prices are very reasonable and fair. I have a lot of thick, long hair. She literally washed, conditioned, and trimmed my hair within 1hr 15min I was walking out the door! I have never had a stylist finish my hair that quick. The day of my massage I drive across town to the location and entered, there was no one around. Shortly after entering, a young girl came out of a room and asked the reason for my visit. I told her about my appointment and who it was with and she assured me the person I'm booked with is just "running over" on a current appointment and I can wait for her in the lobby. I waited, A HALF HOUR before receiving a call from the massage therapist, stating she no longer even worked there and doesn't know why they would've booked her. This is the MOST unprofessional, terrible and frankly weird experience I've had with a business. **BEWARE when booking here, I should've read other reviews alluding to similar bad experiences before wasting my time.
