This will be a regular thing that I do from now on. I had a back injury a year and a half ago and I have had some pain and discomfort ever since then. I want to preface this by saying that if a client is seeking a relaxation massage, this is not the place. During our session, the massage therapist frequently answered phone calls and engaged in full conversations with potential customers, even going to the front desk to assist walk-ins. This significantly disrupted the flow of the massage, and unfortunately, no additional time was compensated for these interruptions. They also switched massage therapist in mid session for the new tech to fill in but she had cold hands. While apologies were offered, the constant disruptions were unacceptable. Furthermore, the massage itself was uncomfortable. The strokes were fast and, at times, painful. My massage therapist primarily used her forearms and elbows, which I assume was due to her smaller hands, but this resulted in sharp, pointy elbows being administered causing discomfort. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.
