But I had them replace the whole roof and used a membrane over entire roof. Now shingles are just for show really. Rush credited credited me back for items not installed when home built. Owner/manager attended to sort out issues and have been happy with roof coming on 10 years. Easy to work with. In photo you see that shingles not staggered properly but really a cosmetic item. Reviews are important. If you put a membrane over your whole roof it will never leak even after the shingles give out. Everyone says not necessarily; but, I will have the best roof even after I am done.

To appreciate the kind of person Terry is upon initial meeting to quote some emergency drywalling (when another contractor didn't show) once he disclosed his schedule couldn't align with our immediate need he did not hesitate to lend us his drywall lifter free of charge (and with no further commitment) so we could work through our weekend to get our bedroom ceilings back to livable stage. Needless to say in appreciation we waited for Terry to be able to finish the job then locked him in on our major 16 month phased Reno / rebuild that followed. Sandstone worked excellent alongside our other subtrades scheduling closely with our Framer and brought advantages of his own network of paint contractors used to working directly with Terrys stages. That trades coordination was invaluable and expedited the schedule for a homeowner acting as own GC and PM. When we replaced all our windows and were looking at paying thousands of dollars extra for installation by window company for the 2nd floor installations Terry again offered us several sections of scaffolding and pump jacks at no charge to save us money not once trying to monetize on our time crunch's. Over our phased 2 floor Reno and addition Terry became not just an outstanding reliable subcontractor but also became a friend who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for all Drywall jobs large or small. Recently asking a shingle replacement with Green Sky, when the sale person on site, I told him to…read morereplace the whole roof except the garage and front porch portion, the sale person saying it will be a 10 years workmanship warranty, before signing the agreement, everything is "yes" from the company, when the work start, they called me for extra payment because the sale person missed a portion of the roof in his estimation, I don't know how he missed while he was on site for the estimation, then after all the work done, they just issued a 1 year limited warranty to me, what they said is they only did a portion of my roof, so they can not give the warranty out, isn't it they have to fulfill the warranty for their work portion of for 10 year? this is a very bad experience for me with this company, very disappointed, I will for sure not recommend for this company

They came back the next day to finish up a few minor things and remove the dumpster. They noticed a vent that was not attached that had been disconnected for a while & the labourers told their project leader and he came to personally resolve the issue. Our premises were left clean and safe for our dogs. We are going to be using this company for some siding repairs in the future. I definitely recommend them.

this company Fowled up my flat roof when applying the metal cap. they torched it. of course I…read morehave had a lot of condensation under the metal showing on my ceiling. it is costing me $1400 to fix the problem now and install roof vents. first Hubbard did a cold application when it was too freezing to use the glue then next spring instead of redoing the whole roof they torched patches if it and torched under the metal cap. their guy came and didn't bother to do anything to fix the condensation problem either. lousy work by their contractors who did not know what the hell they were doing!!!
