For the contrast therapy, I do wish there was a bit more structure or direction on what to do. We were kinda just told sauna, shower, plunge. I wanted timings or direction. We also weren't told an end time so we felt a little on egg shells trying to figure out how long we stay? Do we do the circuit a few times over, etc. The facial was amazing. I wish I remembered the technicians name but she was so friendly and sweet. I'll be back for more services in the future, things are just expensive.

They don't file nails evenly, and I can apply polish better myself. Last time I went for nail services, my nail polish came out clumpy and there were polish on my cuticles! Plus, the new seats are uncomfortable, they're way too wide and provide no back support.
