If insurance does not apply why is there a copay. Their explanation was there is an office visit under insurance even though it does not apply. No big deal about the extra $50 but billing office needs to be trained better. Buyer beware at CSOG.

I went from not being able to stand or sit (at all!) to being 80-90% better in a couple weeks and after a few months, 90-100% better. So, I would say my surgery went great and I have referred many others to him who have had great success.

Then Millie (sp?) a PA came in and showed me the MRI which I had done several weeks prior. She was thorough, explained the MRI "picture" and asked if I had any questions. I was done at 12:35! The xrays were not needed so I think I should have request they not be taken unless when the MRI was viewed, it wasn't clear and/or more info was needed.

My daughter and I had a very upsetting experience with Shannon Constantinides. From the moment we…read morebegan explaining the history of my daughter's knee injury, I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero bedside manner. Instead of listening, she was short, cold, and visibly irritated that I was trying to provide context for the injury. When my daughter told her that the exam was hurting and the pressure on her knee was too much, Shannon actually pressed harder. I was shocked. To make matters worse, the exam room at their south location had at least 20 dead flies on the floor and windowsill, extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in a medical facility. We left feeling mistreated and very upset. I called immediately to request a different provider and to speak with a manager about how unprofessional the appointment was. Instead of addressing anything we reported, they mailed us a letter saying they were "parting ways" with us. That tells you everything you need to know about how they handle complaints. While that is perfectly fine, we had already decided to seek care elsewhere, the lack of professionalism in how it was handled truly says it all. Be aware of the treatment you may receive here. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

My mother just had total knee replacement yesterday with Dr Feign. I wasn't impressed at all. Her…read moreO2 levels immediately after surgery were low below 90 but would sometimes go above 90 if she focused on deep breathing so they sent her home with no oxygen thinking she would be fine. Later that night her O2 levels dropped to 76 and her heart rate fell to 57 (normal for her is 85). She called the office and left messages 5 times that night and the next day and never even received a phone call back. Finally on the 6th attempt she demanded to speak to anyone who could help. Their recommendation was to spend the money and go to ER instead of simply ordering her oxygen which they were going to do anyway immediately after the surgery but for some reason that was a problem ordering oxygen the day after surgery! I've had 6 surgeries myself and I always receive a call from the doctor's office the next day to check on me. Apparently this office not only doesn't follow up the next day but also won't return 5 voice messages!! Absolutely unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone! Also, they wouldn't even give a time for the surgery until late in the day prior to surgery. Upon picking her up post surgery, there was no one in the office at 2 pm. I couldn't find anyone so that I could go back and pick up my mom!
