Today was my third time going there, & I promise you the service and staff getting awesome everytime. Krista is so amazing! I went for my fillings & Dr Oza got straight to business, he don't play at all. Absolutely love them! I definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone! When he's (Dr Oza) is doing a service on you & he numb you, he always lets the patients know to raise their hand if they can feel what's going on. They are very fast as well! The most unprofessional office. They cancelled my appointment two weeks in a row LAST minute. Then when they tried to reschedule my visit and cleaning the second time (I verified when I scheduled originally that they would do both on my visit) they told me that they wouldn't be doing this most likely. I had gone to them in an emergency situation. A tooth broke in half and I was in extreme pain. Not only did they not do anything but they took x-rays and wouldn't give any prescription for pain. This was on a Friday late in the day and told me I would have to return on Monday. I talked to any supervisor I could find and none were willing to help me. I lived on cold packs and Advil for that weekend. I would never suggest anyone going to that horrible place. Needless to say I found a new dentist Monday and he fixed my tooth immediately. read more

Very disappointed with how a new patient is treated. My appointment was made over the phone with an Aspen Dental rep who told me what to bring and when to arrive. So the day of my appointment it appears to me that there's no record of my appointment and to top it off they don't accept my insurance. Time and gas wasted. You would think the person making the appointment would have knowledge of the companies policy regarding what is accepted or not.​ read more

if I could give no stars I would, these people are very good scam artist I was told I had 3 cavity's and gums disease was told it would be well over 1000 dollars to get it taken care. I walked out immediately just to get a second opinion from another dentist office just to find out I had nothing. And the problem here is making outrageous charges for nothing and these people were going to drill into healthy teeth to make a quick buck this is unbelievable how unprofessional this place is, think of your health and how much you care about it cause these people will strip that away and your money so glad I walked out that day before they could do anything read more

I am very unhappy with Aspen Dental. I was expecting good results but that didn't happen. They broke a tooth and had to put in a crown over it. They said I needed partials so I started the process. The temporaries didn't fit properly and needed to be adjusted. They adjusted then and they hurt to take off. The bottom ones were too tight. I called three times to talk about getting them readjusted again. Could never get a person to talk to me. Left messages to call me back. The calls were never returned. And my son told me they chipped one of his teeth while cleaning them. They obviously aren't as good as they advertise. I'm looking for a new dentist. read more

Aspen is by far the best in a few years that I've been too. They are compassionate, understanding and will even work with you on a payment plan. I'm still sore but we'll worth it. I went to them for a broken front tooth which was not allowing me to bite into food. I told them I had a limited time frame as I was going on a family vacation and needed it fixed before I left. Almost 3 weeks later, my broken tooth has still not been fixed but other work has been done in my mouth. My insurance has been charged for all of the work. I will leave for my vacation with a broken front tooth unable to eat. They do not listen to you as a patient. Find someone else. read more

I can honestly say I had a great experience! I am not from Houma and I broke one of my molars! Soooooo, I will be honest and say I haven't been doing right by going for the dentist like I should but I made an appt and for in within a week and had extensive work done within 2-3weeks! Just in case anyone was even thinking of going to Aspen Dental DO NOT! We went this week on Tuesday and got our cleanings done well the hygienist there is good I like her. But the dentist horrible she told me that I had 4 cavities and was very weird about it and wasn't nice I didn't have a good feeling. I actually have dental insurance this year so my cleaning was covered. But then this was going to cost 320$ to do. So I kind of wondered if they were just trying to get money. Well My husband and son went Tuesday too. They both were told they have 2 cavities and each of them were going to be 200$ a piece so 700$ for all of us. I'm still paying on the stuff they did last year! I was suspicious so I decided to get a second opinion today I went to a different dentist I brought my X-rays with me and they even took more I do not have ANY cavities! I was pissed! I went back to Aspen got My husband and son's records and told the girl to cancel all of our future appointments and told her what happened she apologized and said she'd send in a full report and that the owner would probably call me. But what the heck!!! I have never had a cavity they were going to drill 4 places in my mouth and I don't even need it! SO NO ASPEN they Lie!! I HATE! Liars! read more
