I had a very disappointing experience at the Lebanon location. I was strongly pushed toward a deep cleaning after multiple evaluations, but the process felt rushed and poorly explained. I left feeling pressured into making an expensive treatment decision without enough information or time to think about it. After the appointment, I requested my X-rays and had them reviewed by other dental professionals, who told me they did not see evidence of gum disease requiring a deep cleaning based on the imaging provided. That completely changed my confidence in the recommendation I was given. What concerns me most is that several other reviews describe similar experiences involving aggressive treatment recommendations and pressure. Whether intentional or not, the experience caused me to lose trust in this office. If you feel uncomfortable with a major dental recommendation, I strongly encourage getting a second opinion before agreeing to treatment. read more

The staff members were super friendly and professional but they wanted to charge me $2500 for a cleaning and antibacterial gum treatment after only $29 for an xray and exam. if it sounds too good to be true it probably is... lesson learned. read more

I downloaded the Yelp app just to post this review. I'm not sure what is going on with the staff at Aspen Dental but something is off. From the moment I walked in I was given major attitude. I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I was in a lot of pain. Fun fact: wisdom teeth are typically hard to reach when brushing. Does it mean we criticize our patient for this? Absolutely not. The blonde woman who came in to measure my gums... the most incredibly rude individual I've ever met. I'm considering calling upwards to see what can be done about this. It's been months since I've been seen by this terrible facility and I still feel gross when I drive by while running errands. Clearly this place has a lot of work to do. I strongly suggest you sit your staff down and review appropriate behavior towards patients in the work place. This is absolutely disgusting. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Do not recommend at all. They will do everything in their power to scam people out of their money and make up diagnosis in order to charge more. Refuse to give refunds for un-finished work. Will send you from one person to the next with each one having no clue or how to solve the problem. They will put you on hold and just make up information to whatever suits them best. Stay away from this place! You are better off ripping your own teeth out and getting urgent care after. read more

Lady who has short reddish brown hair that schedules and goes over scheduling / cost is rude and not people friendly. She made me feel as if there was no way I could ever get the work done. I asked her questions and all she would say was idk and stare at me. She kept just repeating that unless I paid upfront that they would not be scheduling anything for me. I came there bc it says y'all work with people without insurance but her giving me demeaning looks and speaking to me like I was an embicile was uncalled for. I don't know anyone who can randomly throw 12-15k out of their own pocket and I was just trying to get cost together and see what was most important to start with getting done and she was no help at all. I walked out. It was frustrating and honestly a waste of time. I will say the dentists and hygienists were giving great quality of care and were understanding and giving me info as I was asking & also teaching me things I did not know were causing my issues. read more

The call like that answers to schedule for Aspen dental is not up to date with which insurances are accepted. I had no choice but the schedule and appt an hour away from my house, I asked if my insurance was accepted and they said yes over the phone. The second I get to the office, the lady says immediately they do not take Medicaid so I had to pay $250 out of pocket just to be seen. I feel like they are taking advantage of people who are limited on dental options and they continue to get away with it. read more

This felt like the Walmart of dentist practices. The receptionists were rude. The wait times were ridiculous (with no apology). As a new patient, they scheduled us for two appointments on two different days. One was just a consult. The second was the cleaning & exam. Long waits for both. I really loved the woman who cleaned my teeth. She was kind, gentle and did a great job. But I was never sure if we had a regular dentist or a rotating team. That part felt really impersonal. Then my daughter needed a temporary "flipper" for her missing tooth. They incorrectly estimated our insurance amount. We ended up paying double what they quoted us. It cost us roughly $600 for a fake tooth on a piece of plastic. I found a new dentist's office after that. read more

As a new patient who gets extremely anxious at dental visits, I had a great experience. I was seen by Dr. Pham who was very conscious of my anxiety and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. My exam and x-rays were free because I don't have dental insurance, and all of the employees from Brandy at checkout to Lorraine in the back were pleasant to be around and made me feel comfortable. read more

Please stay away from this dental practice. Their billing practices are questionable, and their estimates aren't even accurate. I have been in the business for over 20 yeas, and I've never seen the level of incompetent administrative staff as they have on hand. It's literally a revolving door. If you go here, it's recommended you ask what procedure codes they're going to bill so you can verify your own coverage, so you'll have no surprises in the future. Calling their administrative staff is useless as their is no follow up on your issues and your left wondering if it was resolved. Where do I begin.... my child was seen at this location, and everything was going well until we received a bill from them. Confused, I called BCBC FEP to find out that the services they (the dentist administrative staff)told me were covered weren't even covered. The estimate they gave us showed coverage, and I was to pay my 30% out of pocket expense and the rest was covered at 100% by FEP. That was a lie, FEP paid at an alternate benefit level and told me the dentist was supposed to notify me on the difference in coverage upfront, and we had to agree to the services. This is also written in our BCBS FEP benefit guide, which is even more proof no one verified our coverage. Since this never happened, now they are charging me for their incompetence after we've paid them the 30% we're liable for. We've placed several calls and have shown up in person to address the issue. It's the same song and dance, they'll send an inquiry to their billing counterparts for nothing to be done. Over three months of follow me up with these people and they haven't called back or looked at the countless inquiries sent to their billing team. The one thing they did do is send us to collections without even addressing our concerns. We've had to consult with an attorney to protect our credit worthiness. Because of that, I felt it was appropriate to warn others of the shady practices by this organization. To conclude, I am grateful that I work in the business, and able to understand what's going on here, and to protect myself from this type of waste and abuse the insurance companies fight so hard to prevent. The funny part is they only call to get us in their office for follow up visits. They only care and move when it benefits them, they have no real clear definition of what a customer is and what appropriate customer service should entail. First appointment at 11:15. Arrived early at 10:50. Given paperwork and told they would call me. At 11:35, 20 mins after appointment was scheduled I asked how much longer it would take. Nasty receptionist said, "You never turned in your paperwork."! I was sitting directly in front of desk with papers sitting on seat next to me. Had they wanted it prior to me going back they should have told me to hand it back in or ask me for it. No she bluntly said it was my fault. At 11:55 now 65 mins since I arrived and 45 mins after scheduled appointment I asked again. She disappeared came back and rudely said I had to reschedule. Never an apology, never an explanation. I can understand when there are wait times but to be treated so unkindly blaming a patient is never a way to run a practice. If this is the way they treat new patients at the front desk I couldn't imagine what it would be like once I got in the chair. They wasted too much of my time, will NEVER be returning as it left a bad taste in my mouth! :-( read more

Please don't go there!!! I got a temporary crown on a wed. and it fell out by Thurs. Really???? Never had this happen before and I have several crowns. VERY expensive!!!! When I wanted it fixed they was no empathy, I was upset and in pain, no one cared!!!! Office manager was a witch and told me to calm down which made me more upset. Dr. Pham hs to be the best dentist I have seen!. The entire staff is excellent and really do a great job. Michelle, Brandy, and Nijah are all excellent and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am scared to death of the dentist and they helped me relax and got my bad tooth out with no pain. read more
