Bad reputation for billing "mistakes." Hostile manager. Shame as care is pretty good. Lots of complaints on social.

This place was awful! First I used my one visit for 6 months. To get a filling and cleaning. They left the numbing stuff on my gum too long and it caused a huge blister. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility the next day. They refused to give me my regular cleaning even though I'd had my teeth cleaned 5 months earlier. Said I needed a deep cleaning at $1200 also $5000 worth of dental work. That I didn't need. Lastly my filling fell out after 2 months. I would never go back to them again. They are only out to get as much money as they can and don't care about you at all! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a periodontal disease lab with them and they keep rescheduling my cleanings due to not having a hygienist. I am supposed to have cleanings every 3 months and now haven't had a cleaning in over 6...so back at square one with my mouth health. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. read more

The administrative staff are always polite and engaging but that's the nicest thing I can say about this office. I feel like I'm dealing with a crooked office. They over-charge me all the time. I have to constantly tell them to stop adding extra unnecessary treatments to my plan. You know, $50 to rub fluoride on my teeth. $30 to spray mouth wash in my mouth. BTW...those were literally the prices that I had to remove. I have to ask for what they're doing in writing before I get in the chair to make sure they don't add all these extra expensive services that I don't need. Not only that, the actual services I agree to are over-charged and I don't find out about it until my dental claim comes through letting me know that the office owes me money. They never tell me they took extra. I have to call to ask for a refund for my money. This has happened to me 3 times already. It doesn't make sense. I ask them if they price their services like the stock market and she had the nerve to ask me what billing code I gave the insurance company... I corrected her and reminded her that submitting billing codes was their job not mine. The last time I got a cleaning, the dentist broke my tooth and left me with a significant chip on my tooth- literally a new hole. When I called and told them I had a new chip on my tooth... she told me that it must be because my teeth are cleaner so it feels like the gap is bigger.... I was like, nope, I am looking in the mirror at a missing piece of my tooth. I asked to schedule an appointment to fill the hole, and she said, I had to schedule an appointment to look at the hole and then I could schedule an appointment to fix it... I was like... so, you need to charge me for two appointments to fix the hole the dentist gave me? I'm done. read more

Very very bad dentures! Have had to come twice when one of my front teeth fell out TWICE in 4 weeks! Do NOT come here!!!

I should have read these reviews! Do NOT go to this facility for oral care! The ladies from front to back are great, except for the manager! She is stern, and, after you have something completed there, she WILL NOT return a phone call after numerous attempts. The work they did, after I spent hundreds & hundreds of dollars didn't hold up a year & I ended up having to have one of my few molars extracted by an oral surgeon! A lot of pain physically & checkbook, l would NEVER recommend them!! Office either needs to close or dentist replaced! The front desk, techs & dental hygentist were really good in contrast to dental work performed. Sorry I ever went there! Overpriced too. read more

If you ate thinking of going to Aspen Dental in Marble Falls don't they screwed me really bad I gag with top denture and they want me to pay extra for bottom and they never told me that and that both top and bottom were temporary then now they want to charge me for bottom and that I was going to keep top as permanent and they lock me into a 3 yr loan that I can't afford and to top it off they look like kids teeth I'm a grown woman not a kid I can't eat certain foods and how they're made its really hard to chew read more

Bad from the beginning. 45 minutes asking questions about dentures. Quite satisfied with answers until office visit. From there everything went down hill. I noticed only one customer waiting. Was told to take a seat. After a while the clerk handed me a iPad tablet telling me to fill it out. On the phone prior to coming in I was told if I paid CASH there was a large discount. I intended on paying cash for everything. The tablet had questions that were not associated with a cash customer therefore I refused to answer. After some time the clerk brought out the manager which informed me the meeting was canceled. Real professional people here. NOT ​​ I do not recommend Aspen Dental unless you plan on taking out a loan that they provide, which I don't think is fair . I was told they take a cash discount but they want more information then a tax office . Also you must sign these papers or they won't do anything so you must agree to everything that is put in front of you otherwise they won't start. This is an up date to my first review when they told me to go get my bottom teeth somewhere else. Their response to almost all negative reviews is that they will pass the information on to their team. And nothing happens after that, Except ..... now I just received a bill from them for something like 1300. Dollars and another bill for 127 that they just now submitted to the wrong ins company, why in the world would they wait 9 months after the fact to submit the bill? I received a letter from my current insurance. Company stating they denied it . Of course they did they weren't my insurance. company in November. If they think I am going to pay this or any other bill they decide to now dream up they are crazy. I have paperwork dated later than that and it has a zero balance. read more

Just received a collection notice from an attorney for supposed balance owed. Never once received a bill, never received a statement after services and haven't received services there in 2 years. They say everything is taken care of when you leave, then surprise you with a bill. Not happy! read more
